One: the hotel parking lot is inconvenient! Instructions are not clear! Two: poor hygiene! There is a dirty spot on the side of the horse! Three: The service is not in place, although there are many people at the front desk! Nobody is serious! Four: After checking out, I forgot my things, (wife and children went out to play, and the room was not available at 1:30), I called the front desk at 8:30 in the evening to ask if the things were there, and said they were there. After 10 minutes of driving, I went to the front desk of the store to pick them up. , the receptionists can't find it! Later, I found 3 things in 3 places and got them together! The same in the workshop, the same in another workshop! Another store manager called and asked the staff that they had thrown the trash can! Go find it! I asked to adjust the monitoring, and I said that if I throw it away, forget it! If the surveillance is not thrown, it is the nature of stealing! I want to report. Haha, the manager said that he had to call another staff member to watch the surveillance video, but he didn't come for ten minutes. Later, the room staff brought things over! It's back from the trash can! (something worthless) Funny no! The store manager also said to believe that his employees were retrieved from the trash can! have pictures! 來長沙探親就是想訂離家近的酒店，最後選了康鉑酒店。停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意。春節期間入住還有小紅包呢。下次來還住這裏。

強烈推薦，我非常滿意這家酒店的整體入住體驗，酒店樓層比較高視野很開闊，房間很寬敞，也很明亮，床品也非常的舒適，讓我能夠得到充分的休息，睡眠質量也是很不錯的設施方面的話，酒店的健身房也挺乾淨的，很整潔，使用起來也是非常的方便，除此之外還有早餐提供性價比也是很高，酒店的服務很熱情，下次還來。

每次去長沙都會入住康鉑酒店，環境舒服，而且都是高樓，夜景很美！

酒店地理位置好找，樓下就是天虹超市，吃飯逛街很方便。前台微笑熱情服務，態度很好。房間全屋智能控制，衞生乾淨。晚上睡覺比較安靜，沒有什麼噪音。早餐品種也比較豐富多樣，整體體驗感不錯。下回出差還可選擇！

來這出差，入住他們家，環境挺好，交通便利購物吃飯都方便，樓下就是商場和地鐵，非常便利
