Stayed for one night at this hotel for Afei's concert, and it was great! The environment is lovely, breakfast was excellent, and the location is super convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Meixi Lake for a show. My only minor complaint is that none of the phone charging ports in the room worked. I left my phone charging all night, and it didn't charge at all. That's when I understood why there's a charging bank rental service in the 8th-floor elevator lobby – but it was completely out of power banks, presumably all rented out? This could be quite inconvenient if you're staying for multiple nights. Overall, though, it was still a very good experience.

The lobby of the hotel looks very comfortable when I check in. The hotel also has a free parking lot. The front desk lady Momo's service is very enthusiastic. The bedding in the room is also very comfortable and the items are complete. The buffet breakfast is great! The environment is elegant, clean and hygienic, and the price/performance ratio is very good. I will come again next time! Xiong Tingting is so cute (๑＞ڡ＜)☆

Everyone knows it's right by the subway station, but what truly surprised me was the hotel's tourist attraction information card! It provided details on all the popular sights in Changsha, and most importantly, clear subway route planning. For a student traveling independently like me, this was an 'all-in-one' guide. Whether I was heading to Orange Isle, Yuelu Mountain, or the Provincial Museum, I knew exactly which subway line to take and which exit to use, saving me a ton of time I would have spent researching. Secondly, the service was as thoughtful as family. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly. What touched me most was the concierge service; when they learned I was going to the riverside, they proactively asked if I needed a hand warmer. It was a windy day, and that small gesture was incredibly heartwarming! The room was also spotlessly cleaned every day. Thirdly, the amenities were super practical and perfectly solved common travel woes. The free laundry and drying service was a 'lifesaver' for me. After a tiring day of exploring, I'd drop off my clothes and get them back dry and clean in as little as an hour, or two at most. For a student, this saves both money and hassle. Plus, staying for several days, I noticed the breakfast buffet rotated. There were about three different themed menus, offering new choices every day, and the food was delicious. In summary, from serving as a 'tourist information hub' that helps plan your itinerary, to the seamless subway access, and thoughtful details like hand warmers, free laundry, and rotating breakfast menus, Days Hotel & Suites by Jia Sheng considers almost every need of a traveler, especially students on a budget who still seek a great experience. It made my Changsha trip incredibly easy and enjoyable with its excellent value for money and genuine service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha!

The hotel has complete facilities, high cost performance, good environment, and good location. There is a Zhengrong shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping and eating. After drinking the representative tea, it is worth recommending! The room is very good, I like it very much, especially it is clean and tidy. I can feel at ease here. The breakfast room on the top floor is also very good. The front desk staff are warm and considerate. It's great! This hotel is truly a gem!

The room was larger than expected, with a well-planned layout and all the necessary amenities: a smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a high-definition TV—all very user-friendly. The view from the window was unobstructed; waking up to sunlight streaming through the curtains was a breeze. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, ensuring maximum privacy. Perfect for both business and leisure travel! Right in the bustling downtown area, it's super convenient to go downstairs and hit the shops. I really didn't expect to find such a charming, small hotel in such a prime location. The subway entrance is right outside, making getting around incredibly easy. I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is very cost-effective and has free ground and underground parking. There is also a back garden behind the hotel. The housekeeping lady was very polite. She greeted me and said hello when she saw me. Special praise to Xiao Zhang at the front desk for his warm and thoughtful service. They also consider the customers, which is better than the front desk service of a 5-star hotel.

Hotel were located very near to Changsha South Railway station, about 15-20 mins walk and could be seen right from the main entrance. There were a few blocks of similar hotels around the traffic junction. With a big shopping mall behind it. Metro entrance was just about 700m away. Good choice if you were to catch the 6am high speed train to Zhangjiajie. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to the higher floor and were given a box with tangerine oranges, cherry tomatoes and some snacks. Room looked quite new and clean.. Overall quite comfy.

The service of the hotel is very warm. I saw that I brought the children to stay. I also prepared the children’s toiletries for me. The room arranged for me was also very good. The TV in the room could be screened. It was very suitable for bringing children out to travel. Check in, recommended
