Stunning hotel, I was pleasantly surprised as I booked it 15min before arriving for check in. I didn’t really take the time to ensure it was a decent hotel, but to my wonderful surprise, amazing entrance and stunning room, while there was a bit of a language barrier the staff was still able to assist me with ease. If I wasn’t pressed for time, I’d have extended my stay to fully enjoy the amenities available at the hotel but will make sure to have another trip to Changsha just so I can stay at the hotel again

The service was quite good, with complimentary fruit and requests being addressed promptly. But the fragrance in the lobby is so strong that it makes people dizzy. The room is close to the road, so it is noisy and the air conditioner fan is so loud that you can only turn it off when you sleep. I had to call numerous times before I could get through, which really doesn't seem like a hotel that has just opened. Vivanta has been open for more than ten years, but it has never reached this point. I can only say that the maintenance is really not good.
The most unbearable thing is that the pillow smells very strongly of cigarettes, and I have to wash my hair after waking up from sleep. The entrance and exit of the parking lot are the same, which makes it inconvenient to enter and exit.
The restaurant's set menu needs to be booked two hours in advance, and the a la carte prices are ridiculously expensive, a portion of beef brisket costs 268. No one's money comes from the wind. Isn’t it delicious to eat at Xin Changfu next door? !
