The room was quite spacious and overlooked the lake, offering a great view. I arrived pretty early that day and was able to check in right away. After a good, refreshing sleep and getting ready, I even went for a walk by the lake downstairs. The breakfast was good too. My child thought it was excellent.

The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in quickly; they were also very responsive to any needs. The location is convenient, making dining and getting around easy. Overall, it's quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, truly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel offers incredible value for money in Meixi Lake! Wyndham's quality is consistently excellent. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic lake views truly exceeded expectations; both day and night scenes are stunning and perfect for photos. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making travel convenient. The room is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast selection was adequate, and the local rice noodles were authentic. The facilities are comprehensive, including free parking, self-service laundry with a washer-dryer, and a lake-view gym. For the same price point, the lake view and overall experience are far superior. It's definitely worth staying here. I've saved it and will consider it for longer stays in the future!

The room was as advertised and the ceiling space was so high it felt luxury. We loved watching the little robots work. The staff were very good at using WeChat to communicate with us about any problems, such as us needing to switch to a non-smoking room (unfortunately the top floor room was smoking permitted even though my request through booking was non-smoking) and when someone was in the hall smoking in front of our door. We were compensated with two coffees from the lobby. The location is so close to MeiXiHu West station it's easy to walk with luggage. Other than the laundry dryer not drying our clothes, there is no reason I wouldn't return to this hotel for a future visit.

Stayed two nights for a family trip, and the lake view was totally worth it! It's right by the metro station, making transportation super convenient. You can also stroll around the lake, getting a real feel for local life in Hunan – so relaxing!

The room had a great view, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, which was a big plus. We also enjoyed taking walks in the nearby park, which had a lovely environment. We'll definitely be back again.

I enjoyed my stay so much the first few days that I booked this hotel again for another week. The location is wonderful! The staff is very helpful. I am allergic to cigarettes and the first room. They gave me was not a non-smoking room, but they quickly fix that for me. The housekeeping staff was friendly and thoughtful. Although there is not a ton of variety in the breakfast selection, there is still enough of a selection to suit any traveler. One of the things I always look for in a hotel where I’m staying for an extended period of time is a gym and most importantly a laundry facility, and this hotel has both. One thing that you should know is this hotel shares a building with another hotel and there are two different areas with elevators. You can take either one, but I was confused. The first time I went downstairs and was in a completely different hotel lobby.

We were welcomed with a cold drink from the coffee shop, the receptionist was very nice and polite. The room was spacious and we had the perfect view of the lake. Breakfast was also really good, always served on time and a great variety of food. The subway is very close to the subway and there is a big mall only 1 subway station away.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a washing machine and dryer, and a very convenient gym! Hygiene: Clean and sanitary! Environment: Downstairs is Meixi Lake, and the lakeside BBQ is great. It's a perfect place to relax! Service: Excellent service, and there's even a coffee shop, which is awesome!

Amazing lake view🤩 The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake, especially in the morning and around sunset.

Very nice view from the bedroom and we have an easy access to the lake (5mins by walk) It’s really nice to walk in the morning or during the sunset. Service was nice. However, concerning the room, it had mold and had a vert humid smell.

Right by Meixi Lake, the lake view is great, and the front desk service was also good.

Very clean hotel,nice staff and a very convenient location next to the lake. The rooms have a very stunning room over the lake, which is really beautiful around the hotel. There are plenty of options to eat. Breakfast was good. 小沫
