The hotel elevator goes directly to the IFC mall, which is super convenient. Breakfast was great, a semi-buffet style where you could order things like salmon and poached eggs. For a business trip, the facilities are perfectly adequate. Compared to the other two hotels at IFC, this one offers great value for money.

Excellent, it exceeded my expectations! My room was upgraded, so it was very spacious. The decor has a modern, youthful design. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside IFS, which is super convenient. The overall environment is great, and the service is good too. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

My overall stay was excellent. The room was clean and elegant, with a pleasant view from the window. The service was attentive and thoughtful; they responded quickly to any issues and took great care of us without being intrusive, yet always considerate. The hotel environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for resting after a journey. If I visit Changsha again, this hotel will be my top choice.

The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and wanted to store our luggage, but the front desk staff went above and beyond and helped us check in early. However, the 'couples afternoon tea' was a bit awkward. It was advertised as afternoon tea for two, but it only included one coffee/tea and three desserts. Three desserts are fine, but it's pretty strange to only offer one drink for two people. Hard to rate that part. Other services were very good; room service was prompt, and the doorman always helped with luggage. Sometimes the door wasn't opened for us, but that's understandable. Overall, it was a smooth and friendly experience.

The rooms are beautiful, with great design and views. They are spacious, and the living and sleeping areas are well-separated. The breakfast and lunch buffets are also plentiful. This hotel is perfect for family trips, friends traveling together, or business travel. For this price, staying in such a hotel is truly excellent value. Highly recommend!

The hotel's eighth floor features an 'Innovation Hub' which feels like an idea lab, with music and 'energy' rooms to explore. The giant 'Bocchi' sculpture and art installations in the lobby are also quite memorable, earning full marks for the overall design. Beya provided excellent service, answering all questions professionally, efficiently, and with great enthusiasm! The room was also very tidy and exceptionally clean.

Changsha's core! IFS Grand Hyatt is fantastic, from the greeters on the first floor to the front desk on the 8th, everyone is professional and welcoming. Every detail makes you feel right at home. The hotel design and art spaces are really nice! The room furnishings are very refined, and the view is superb! For those visiting Changsha who want to relax during the day and explore at night, but not too late, this hotel is perfectly suited!

The hotel's downtown location is super convenient. The coffee machine in the restaurant is excellent, and the coffee tastes really good. The colorful sofas and carpets in the lobby add a lively touch. As for the room, it's designed in a minimalist style, which makes for a very comfortable stay. Beya's service attitude is so natural and friendly; she always greets me with a smile when I come and go, making me feel really welcome.
