The room was clean and tidy. The smart speaker was very intelligent, and the service attitude was good.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. First off, it's important to know that this hotel occupies a few floors of a larger building, sharing it with other hotels. The entrance isn't super easy to find on your first visit. However, Huanman's decor and service are both quite nice. I stayed for two days and was assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Housekeeping wasn't an issue, and the hotel environment was relatively quiet. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic during check-in and gave a thorough introduction. In terms of transportation, it's about a twenty-minute walk to the subway station, Guomao, or Helong Stadium. My only minor gripe is the soundproofing – even on the 22nd floor, I could still hear traffic from Furong Middle Road late at night. I checked their mini-program and saw they offer complimentary earplugs, but the noise didn't bother me enough to grab them.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! The room was not only spotless, but also fully equipped with smart controls. I could open and close the curtains and adjust the lights just by speaking, which was incredibly high-tech and made for a super comfortable stay. What touched me most was at check-out; the front desk staff (they/them) were incredibly friendly and even offered a complimentary gift for me to choose from. It was such a thoughtful gesture! For service like this, I'll definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. All the facilities were in perfect working order. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Plus, the location offers really convenient transportation. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the toiletries were high-quality. Definitely great value for money. I'll absolutely choose this place again next time I'm in town, highly recommended!

The room was great! The entire place is smart-home enabled, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided excellent service. I felt a bit unwell in the morning and messaged the front desk for some hot water, and she immediately brought it up to my room. The hotel's hygiene is also very good! Highly recommend.

I'm very satisfied! I've stayed at their hotel in Shenzhen before and had a great experience, so I chose them again when I came to Changsha. The pillows aren't those flimsy, soft kinds; they're really comfortable to sleep on. Plus, you get to choose a small gift when you check out (I loved it!)
