I was really satisfied with the hotel I booked on Trip.com for my trip to Changsha. We really liked the Tyndall Hotel. The river view rooms offer stunning scenery, and the night view is absolutely beautiful. Being able to watch the light show along the river directly from the floor-to-ceiling windows is just incredible! The hotel has a simple yet stylish design, and the thoughtful butler service ensures guests enjoy high-quality and convenient service!

I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Changsha. First off, the location is excellent; the hotel is right outside the subway station, which is super convenient. Secondly, the hotel environment is great. It's in the high-floor area I wanted, with really nice soundproofing. Plus, there's a butler service, so if you need anything, you can just message them on WeChat – very handy. And surprisingly, all the food recommendations were spot on, like Beimen Restaurant and others. Downstairs, there's also an old Changsha soup noodle place that I personally thought was delicious, along with other restaurants, convenience stores, local specialty shops, fruit stores, and more. It's incredibly convenient.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the entrance was a bit hard to find, but the night staff were very welcoming. Since it was a high-floor room, the elevator was a bit slow. It was a river view room with an amazing view. The subway station is right outside the door, making getting around super convenient. Downstairs is very lively with lots of snacks. The hotel also provided complimentary luggage delivery, which was very helpful.

The decor and views are excellent. I booked a river-view room, and the location is incredibly convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, and there's a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs – super handy! It's only one stop to Wuyi Square, which is a lifesaver in Changsha's hot weather, as you want to minimize walking. Taxis are also readily available. All in all, it was perfect. For every trip, comfort and convenient transportation are my top priorities.

Great location, very convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet and peaceful, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. Overall, a comfortable stay, highly recommended.

The hotel's location is super convenient. There are places like Beimen Restaurant nearby, and a hidden little market a few hundred meters downstairs that's great for a morning stroll. There's also a subway entrance right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel environment is pretty good too.

I didn't see this hotel at first. I checked into the previous one that same day and was immediately put off, so I canceled and booked this one right away. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was impressed by the hotel's decor 🤏. Every single staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, providing the quickest and most comfortable service 👍🏻. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and very modern overall! I hope Tyndall continues to grow and expand across the country 😁😁. I highly recommend Tyndall! The satisfaction, comfort, and emotional value are all fantastic ❤️.

The hotel's location is excellent. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's just one stop to the Wuyi Square business district. There are also many snack shops nearby. Chaozong Street is right across the road, which is fantastic for food and shopping. In the evenings, you can stroll around and even find some lovely little gifts 🎁. The hotel's decor is a light luxury modern style, very clean. The floor-to-ceiling window river view room offers a great view 👍.

The room was fantastic and very clean! It felt just like home. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends, and it's a must-stay for my next trip to Changsha! Changsha is great, I didn't have enough time to explore it all, and I'll be back! Enjoying a drink, admiring the night view, and chatting in the room was so cozy and relaxing!
