The hotel environment is lovely, and the front desk staff, both the young men and women, provide excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is convenient with attractions nearby. It's clean and tidy, definitely recommended.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Changsha. It's incredibly clean, feels like a five-star hotel, the decor is luxurious, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, and it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere.

The breakfast was very plentiful, with crispy toast and fragrant noodles. It was ready to eat at 7 am, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo all smelled great. They even served sweet potato and pear soup in the evening. The appliances were all smart voice-controlled. I had a very comfortable two-night stay.

The service was very poor. The delivery man told me that the robot was not there and that he had told the front desk to put it at the front desk. After an hour, there was no movement. I was in a good mood for traveling, so I used polite language to call the front desk to ask if they could help check if the takeaway was at the front desk. The front desk actually said directly, "Can't you ask the delivery man? Our hotel front desk does not have the service of delivering takeaways." In the end, it turned out to be at the front desk. I stayed for two days. I was urged three times on the first day to give a good review. Shouldn't I give a review after checking out? At the end, when I checked out, I was given a room card and couldn't just leave. I had to check and confiscated the souvenirs. It can be seen that the front desk meant to accept it and needed to give a five-star review on the spot.
