Senchen Terrace Scenic Hotel (Changsha Wu Yi Square IFS Store)

Service: We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM to check in, but our room hadn't even been cleaned yet. The front desk staff casually called housekeeping to clean it, making us wait as if it were a given (completely lacking in service awareness). They told us it would take 30 minutes to clean. I called Trip.com to coordinate, and when Trip.com called the hotel, they actually claimed the room was already cleaned – and it was still the same room (because it was the only one of that type available that day). Less than 10 minutes passed, and I have no idea how they managed to clean it so quickly (the front desk initially confirmed there was only one cleaner, then later said a manager went to help, and the cleaner herself said two other cleaners came to help). Hygiene: I found a rove beetle on the bed, which is an insect that can cause skin ulceration if it bites you. Environment: At 11:40 PM, the phone in our room rang. The soundproofing was poor. It claimed to have a children's playground, but there was none at all (I only saw a crawling mat under the stairs and a small tent – I don't know if this is what the hotel considers a children's playground). Since my child needed to rest in the afternoon, we grudgingly stayed the first night. We had originally booked two nights, but I immediately canceled the second night. Highly not recommended!

The hotel is very close to Wuyi Square, and the subway station is only about 200 meters away, making transportation very convenient. However, I disagree with the 12 PM checkout time for this price, especially since I arrived late at night and would have to pay to extend my checkout.

While the hotel's exterior isn't much to look at, its proximity to the commercial street and subway station is incredibly convenient. The room itself was very clean and even had a small balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the breeze in the evening. My favorite feature, though, was the 24-hour laundry room.

I chose this hotel for my spontaneous trip and was incredibly satisfied! The best advantage of this hotel is its fantastic location. The subway station is right outside, and it's next to Taiping Street and the IFS (International Finance Square). It's very lively as soon as you step out of the hotel. The room was also very spacious. The only minor regret is that our room was at the very end. The upside was its size, but the downside was that we couldn't see the IFS from the window because it was too far back – though that's not really a problem. It's close to all the attractions, and it's very convenient whether you take the subway or a taxi. You don't have to worry about going out at night because there are always people around, making it feel safe and bustling.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Changsha. The location is incredibly convenient; I can take Metro Line 2 directly from the high-speed rail station to Wuyi Square Station, and it's just a 200-meter walk from there. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff are generally very accommodating. I'll definitely keep choosing this hotel!

The room was great and very comfortable! The open-air balcony was fantastic with a beautiful view. Plus, there was free coffee! Coming to Changsha was definitely worth it. The location is incredibly convenient, with so many delicious food options nearby!

Located in the heart of Wuyi Square, it's very convenient for shopping and getting around. The room itself was standard, but the window was quite small. The room wasn't very clean; there was a lot of dust that would get all over my phone as soon as I put it down. Changsha's food scene is truly amazing, and the surrounding area is always bustling with people.
