Changsha Tuyi Oriental Hotel (Wuyi Square IFS Guojin Center Branch)

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Changsha, just a 5-minute walk from Wuyi Square subway station and right on a pedestrian street. It's fantastic value for money, especially for students or budget travelers. The location is super convenient: a direct line to Wuyi Square Station on Line 2, an 8-minute walk to IFS, and three Cha Yan Yue Se tea shops right downstairs. It's also easy to get to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain from here. I booked a queen room, and the mattress was really comfortable. The Chinese-style decor was clean, and the soundproofing was good. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and there was plenty of hot water. Tai Ping Old Street and Pozi Street are right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to grab a late-night snack at Wenheyou.

The hotel is right above a food street. It used to be called 'Huo Gong Dian' but now it's a food court. Across the street is He Ping Tang (a department store), so basically, it's in the absolute center of Changsha. The price is cheap, and the room amenities are pretty good too. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is right here. Super convenient!

I found a hotel in the prime Wuyi Square area for just over 100 RMB per person, and it had quite complete amenities, offering great value for money. This hotel boasts smart home features throughout, along with a laundry room and gym. The common areas include a free book and tea bar. Staying here felt no less comfortable than a star-rated hotel, making it a good option for students or friends traveling. The room features a stylish black and white color-blocked design, which looks quite high-quality. The smart home system was very convenient; I could control the curtains and air conditioning with just my voice, without having to get up. The TV screen clarity was good, and the mattress was comfortable, making it quite pleasant to lie in bed and binge-watch shows at night. The facilities in the common area were all very practical. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, so you can do laundry anytime. There's also a small gym if you want to get a quick workout in. The book and tea bar offers free hot tea and various books, a nice spot to sit down, have some tea, and read when you have some free time. The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 70-meter walk from Exit 7 of Wuyi Square subway station, right in the heart of the Wuyi Square business district. You can walk to Huangxing Pedestrian Street and IFS (International Finance Square) within 5 minutes, and to Taiping Old Street and Pozi Street within 10 minutes. The subway entrance is right downstairs; it's two stops to Orange Isle and three stops to Yuelu Mountain. You can also buy 'Chayan Yuese' (a popular tea drink) downstairs, making it super convenient for both shopping and visiting attractions. It's truly rare to find a hotel in Changsha with such an excellent location, good amenities, and an affordable price.

Just a two-minute walk downstairs to Wuyi Square metro station. It's only a few hundred meters to IFS and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street. Chatime is right downstairs, so you can grab a drink as soon as you step out. The hotel has a new Chinese-style design, and the lobby is really impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was super soft – I had such a refreshing sleep. It's also great for photos and has smart controls. The amenities are very thoughtful too, including a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room with a dryer. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area, and even a smart toilet. The toiletries are also comprehensive, making for a superb experience. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and patiently answered all our questions.

The hotel boasts a new Chinese-style decor, blending traditional ink wash elements with modern design, which gives it a sophisticated yet understated feel. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding felt incredibly soft – very comfortable to stay in. The common areas are also well-maintained; the lobby has a lounge area and a piano. The overall atmosphere is quiet and uncrowded, never feeling cramped.

And it's just a 300-meter walk to Wuyi Square, with a subway station right downstairs. The location is absolutely unbeatable. But what I loved most was the decor – dark, new Chinese style! Who gets it? [Adorable R][Adorable R] The hotel also has a free gym, a conference room, a laundry room, and more. All the essential facilities are there! And most importantly, the price was incredibly reasonable! I booked it on the last day of the holiday, and it was only 60+ RMB per person [Shy R][Shy R]. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Changsha!
