Awake Century

This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!

My stay here was great! The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, right off Exit 2 of Changsha South Station on Metro Line 2. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, really excellent!

The service was great and the environment was comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the lighting was a bit dim, but otherwise, I have no complaints!
