Our butler, Michael, provided exceptional service. He was incredibly understanding and attentive, which I really appreciated. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and they even offered a bubble bath service in the evenings. The Furong Restaurant was also quite good, the food was tasty.

This was the worst experience ever, bar none. When I entered the room, there were socks in the trash can, I don't know who threw them in. I was too lazy to ask the hotel anyway; they'd just give me a different room. I was tired after a long day of driving, and it's hard to explain if there were socks in the trash. Why would they bother assuming I threw them there on purpose? Also, the room rate was 1163 including breakfast for two, but the pet cleaning fee was 600, which I felt was outrageous. The fee explanation was in a very inconspicuous place. Most pet-friendly hotels have pet-friendly rooms, but this one didn't. Furthermore, the staff at the front desk seemed to have very low emotional intelligence; they didn't seem like they had received proper training for a five-star hotel. Overall, a terrible experience.

Wellesley Hotel is close to the Meixi Lake. Unlike the city center, it is more suitable for vacation, quiet and comfortable. As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the fusion of garden style and wild luxury style, modern and simple, fresh and natural. The room is large and well-lit, especially the bathroom space is super large and clearly divided. The house is overall clean and tidy, the lighting is soft and comfortable, the supporting services and facilities are all available, and the housekeepers Luna and Wenwen provide very good service, super considerate. The hotel has a lot of breakfast options, not only Chinese and Western conventional, but also local Hunan specialties. There are more lunch options, semi-self-service, many of which are freshly processed and provided by seat, and adults and children are very happy to taste them. I will choose here next time I come to Changsha.

The happiest thing about this May Day trip is that I booked this hotel after looking at many hotels. It not only relieved the fatigue of traveling in Zhangjiajie for a few days, but also improved the happiness in Changsha. The hardware facilities of the hotel are not only new, but also very textured. The service of the hotel is even more moving from satisfaction. Various drinks were given on the first day of check-in, and there were beautiful cocktails made on the spot. The hotel's breakfast category is also very rich, the fruit is fresh, and the food is made on the spot to ensure the taste. It also gave us travel photography, and the effect of the photo was absolutely amazing. The service staff also sent small fruits in the afternoon. The hotel is at Meixihu West Station, the terminus of Metro Line 2. It can go directly to the railway station, May Day Square, and Orange Island. It is very convenient without reversing. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the iron exit. The surrounding environment is very good, and it doesn't feel boring to walk. Our family also rode around the lake for 40 minutes at night. I heard the frogs that I haven't heard for many years. It feels very healing. The happiest thing is that on the last day of my stay, they arranged for us to send our luggage to the airport first, which avoided a lot of trouble. When we left, there was a manager at the door who arranged for a driver to take us to the subway entrance. Although it was his first day at work, the driver was very polite. The only regret is that I didn't have time to experience the yoga, swimming and boxing private lessons provided by the hotel, but I can look forward to meeting them next time. In short, it was a very happy accommodation experience. Highly recommended
