the room stank from the sink and toilet. We asked at the reception to change rooms and they changed our rooms within 10 minutes. this is great, again a plus in favor of the professional reception

First of all, my comment is that this hotel was much better than our expectations, in fact it was very good from everything we expected.
First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9.
Second, the check in process was very fast and professional.
Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft.
Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat.
Our family is really satisfied and happy to choose this hotel on our tour with trips.com.Thank You

Good location with a few step to MRT . There are a few supermarket at Lobby area . Breakfast also provide with local Chinese food .

Locations is very good , the exit (5 & 9 ) of Chaoyangmetro Station is right beside the hotel main lobby.
Very convenient for those travellers who like to travel by metro
