Honestly, if you're paying around 600 for this place, it's absolutely not worth the money. The service is non-existent, and staff across all facilities show a complete lack of service awareness. The showerhead in the room was broken. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool, hoping to take our child swimming, only to find out it's outsourced and incredibly crowded. After staying in so many hotels, this is my first negative review!

Facilities: The overall decor has a luxurious business style. Cleanliness: The lobby is bright and lavish, and the room was clean and tidy with no strange odors. Service: Nicole at the front desk provided excellent and conscientious service.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Coco's service was excellent as always; check-in was quick and they even gave me a free room upgrade. The hotel's air conditioning was nice and cool, and the large bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak. I'll definitely be back!

The cleanliness could be improved. Parking is quite convenient, though. The front desk is on the seventh floor, but there's also a helpful staff member on the first floor. I forgot to ask for a parking voucher when I left, but the staff downstairs sorted it out for me, which was super convenient. The hotel breakfast is also very good – clean, hygienic, and with a wide variety of choices. The service staff were also very prompt in clearing tables.

The TV remote didn't work, so I couldn't turn on the TV. I booked for two nights, but the key card only worked for one. I put up the 'do not disturb' sign the first night, and when I came back the second evening, the room hadn't been cleaned, and no one even called to ask if it was okay. So disappointing!

The hygiene and service were both great, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. However, the hotel itself has terrible soundproofing. Four of my colleagues staying on the 10th floor complained they couldn't sleep because of the noise. Perhaps this hotel is a designated stop for tour groups? There were people coming and going in the hallway until late at night. I was on the 23rd floor, and the hallway was quiet, but the noise from the window was excessive. It sounded like the window was open with the wind blowing and general outside noise, but I checked, and it was definitely closed. It's likely just poor sound insulation. I'm not sure if this hotel has some sort of partnership deal, but I'm glad I didn't buy breakfast. My colleagues said it was swarming with students in the morning, and they had to wait a long time just for some rice noodles. Even getting up at 6:30 AM the next day didn't help; it was still packed with people 😂. As you get older, you just have to accept defeat, I guess.

I always choose this hotel. Its convenient location is a major plus, with a subway station, shopping mall, supermarket, snack street, and even a health clinic nearby. It's incredibly convenient! However, during this particular stay, which coincided with a team conference, I noticed a few issues: guests smoking in the lobby, the elevator card access wasn't functioning, and the security lock in my room was broken. I hope the hotel's management, operations, and housekeeping teams can coordinate to address these problems. It's a great hotel, and I truly hope it maintains its high standards and brand reputation!

The room was spacious, bright, neat, and spotlessly clean. I had originally booked a King Room, but they upgraded me to a family suite free of charge. My child absolutely loved it! The suite featured two separate rooms: a living room with an indoor kids' play area, and a large bedroom equipped with two beds – a king-size bed and a child's bed. It also came with a play tent, a large bathtub, and a walk-in closet. There were two bathrooms, both designed with distinct wet and dry zones. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. They also provided two complimentary bottles of milk every day. The service was outstanding! This is by far the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Although we arrived the hotel late at night, it didn’t take us long to check into our room which was delightfully big and comfortable. The bathroom, like the bedroom was spotless. The only downside to this room was that it was dim. The lighting was not strong. Otherwise, everything else was great.
