The room facilities were complete and new. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and the mattress was comfortable, helping to relieve fatigue. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and even gave a fruit plate to my child. They were proactive in their service, offering children's slippers and toothbrushes. The lobby environment was beautiful, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. For National Day, the lobby was decorated very warmly and had popcorn, which the kids loved. The experience was extremely satisfying.

The hotel's location is great, about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. The room is spacious, clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. There's also a good gaming chair in the room, which would be perfect for anyone bringing their laptop. The front desk staff are polite, friendly, and approachable. It's still the Hampton I remember, overall very good, and a highly recommended choice!

We stayed for two consecutive nights and they offered complimentary breakfast for our child, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and their laundry and drying service for clothes was excellent. Highly recommended!

Complimentary laundry and fitness rooms are also available. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, making it a hassle-free and dependable stay for business travelers catching a high-speed train.

Very close to the train station with unique restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast on the second floor was quite varied, the room facilities were complete, and it was clean and tidy. My stay was absolutely fine.

Hampton by Hilton consistently maintains high standards, comparable only to Huazhu Group and Atour Hotel in China's hotel chain landscape. This was my first stay at a Hampton in Changsha, and it was just as excellent as my experiences in other cities. The room was spotless, facilities were brand new, toiletries were comprehensive, and breakfast offered a wide variety. The hotel is also incredibly close to Changsha South Railway Station – about a ten-minute walk or a few minutes by taxi. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Filthy, I can't believe there were cigarette butts in the bathroom. It's hard to imagine the cleanliness of the bed. This is the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at, completely irresponsible. The cigarette butts were right there in the bathroom.
