Our family stayed at the Wanjiali Hotel for a weekend, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – everyone was very satisfied. The hotel's location is superb, with direct subway access to major attractions downtown. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall and food court, making dining and shopping a one-stop affair, which was especially convenient when traveling with kids. The high-altitude lobby is grand and elegant, and front desk staffer Xiao Li (176) provided warm and attentive service, making check-in efficient and quick. Our family room was spacious and airy, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was spotlessly clean, with child-safe corner protectors and even kids' toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The hotel amenities are plentiful; the cultural exhibition hall on the 11th floor and the observation deck on the 28th floor are both free to visit, offering leisure and photo opportunities without even leaving the building. The room had excellent soundproofing, the bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. This hotel is perfectly suited for seniors relaxing, kids playing, or adults traveling. It offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Changsha.

Our family, including seniors and a child, had a wonderful stay at Wanjiali Hotel during our trip to Changsha. It's truly ideal for family travel. The room was spacious and well-lit, with a great separated shower and toilet, and hot water came on instantly. Everything was spotless. We requested a baby crib from the front desk (extension 149), and it was delivered quickly, complete with children's toiletries – a very thoughtful detail. Our child especially loved the hotel's internal exhibition halls, particularly enjoying the wax museum, and was thrilled with the city views from the rooftop helipad. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall, offering a wide variety of dining options, from popular Hunan cuisine to milder dishes suitable for seniors and children. It was also convenient for buying snacks and daily necessities. With a double subway station right downstairs, we could easily take the subway to attractions without the hassle and expense of taxis, which saved us a lot of trouble. The housekeeping staff was prompt with cleaning, and room service responded quickly when called. The only minor point is that the lobby can get quite crowded during holidays due to the high volume of people. Overall, it's a one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertaining the kids, saving us from running around in the sun. Highly recommended for family trips!

I was dispatched to Changsha for a last-minute business trip. I compared three or four hotels before finally settling on this one, with my main goal being to peacefully get my work done without being bothered by trivial matters. To my surprise, my stay here far exceeded my expectations. The location perfectly met the needs of a business traveler. Shared bikes were parked right downstairs, so if I was in a hurry, I could grab one and be at my client's building in two minutes, without waiting for a ride-hailing car to take a long route. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance with two large suitcases, Concierge Lady 273 immediately came over, took my bags, and offered me a cup of tea to quench my thirst. This service really touched my heart. After checking in, the concierge lady drove me directly to my room in the hotel's exclusive concierge car, luggage and all, saving me from having to drag my suitcases down a long hallway. Usually, my biggest fear when ordering takeout is the delivery person calling and me having to go downstairs to pick it up. This hotel completely eliminated that worry. Once the takeout arrived, the front desk staff verified the information and quietly delivered it right to my room door, without disturbing my rest. My stay at Waniali completely surpassed my expectations for a typical business hotel. From the convenience of the concierge car taking me directly to my room, to the thoughtfulness of not having to go downstairs to get my takeout, every aspect showed genuine consideration for the guest's perspective. There were no flashy marketing gimmicks, yet the warm and practical spirit of the local Changsha people was hidden in every small detail. Whether you're here for a tourist visit or a short-term stay, this is hands down my top recommended hotel in the Waniali area to my friends.

The hotel has seamless access to Metro Lines 2 and 5, making it incredibly convenient to get to Orange Isle and Wuyi Square. The Cultural Grand View Garden on the 11th floor and the helipad on the 28th floor offer amazing views. Going up in the evening to see the city lights was stunning, and every photo turned out great. Staff member 266 was warm and professional; the front desk processed check-in quickly, patiently guided me when I asked for directions, and even proactively recommended local snack shops. For this price, getting such amenities is incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha – highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, and all the rooms are on high floors. The room size was surprisingly large and very comfortable. The staff's service attitude was truly amazing; they even helped clean the room after we had a late-night snack and gave us extra bottled water when they realized we had several children. 👍👍👍 We stayed for two days with our whole family, from young to old, and everything was comfortable – the food, accommodation, and transportation. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely choose Wanjiali again!

Our first night in Changsha, we chose a B&B that was an absolute disaster, so we decisively switched to the Wanjiali Hotel, and it was truly excellent. It's an older hotel, but very clean. The entire hotel is like a tourist attraction in itself, and I could spend days just exploring the mall downstairs – it has everything from food to entertainment and shopping. The only downside, and it's a significant one, is the breakfast. I'm not sure if it's outsourced, but it really lowers the hotel's overall standard. It was honestly unspeakable, incredibly dirty. The coffee machine and beverage dispenser were caked with grime, the floor was sticky, and the knife used for cutting fruit seemed to have cut something else entirely – I swear I could smell body odor from it. We even added breakfast for three people for three days when we checked in, but after eating it on the first day, we never went back. What a waste of money for those three days.

Upon arrival, as there were no rooms available, the staff proactively upgraded us to a parent-child themed suite. Because we had to wait for more than 10 minutes during check-in, the staff thoughtfully prepared some fruit as an apology. The service attitude was very satisfying. The room was very spacious, with two separate areas, offering ample space. Even with a tent set up on the floor, it didn't hinder adults from walking around or opening suitcases, which the child absolutely loved. The soft furnishings of the room were very well-thought-out, with an antique design and rounded corners, so there was no need to worry about the child getting bumped. What surprised me most were the details in the bathroom: not only were special toiletries for children and a non-slip step stool provided in advance, but even small water toys for bathing were ready. It was super convenient for toddlers to wash their hands by themselves on the stool, and I, the 'old mother,' finally didn't have to hold the baby with one hand and the showerhead with the other! The best decision was choosing this place because you can 'play all day without leaving the building'! The hotel itself is a giant complex. You can go straight down to the indoor amusement park and children's products city on the 5th floor. Outside, it was 38 degrees Celsius, but inside, the temperature was constantly controlled. In the morning, we played at the indoor zoo and arcade on the 5th floor. In the afternoon, the child was tired and went straight back to the room for a nap. In the evening, we went to the food court on the basement level to eat local snacks. We didn't have to endure the scorching sun to change locations, nor did we have to wait in line for a taxi. The child had a great time, and the adults truly got to relax. Besides entertainment, the World Cultural Grand View Garden on the 11th floor is also a treasure. We took the child to explore the 680-meter 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' ceramic art corridor and also saw the miniature model of Changsha. The child asked questions as we walked, and before we knew it, two hours had passed. It was much more vivid than learning history from textbooks and easily took care of the summer research homework. The hotel is right at the subway station (Wanjiali Square Station). You can take Line 2 directly to attractions like Juzizhou and Yuelu Mountain, making transportation extremely convenient. If you're driving, the hotel also has a super large free parking lot, so you don't have to worry about difficulty finding parking at tourist spots. Moreover, the hotel boasts 'seven-star facilities at a four-star price.' Compared to parent-child rooms around Wuyi Square that cost thousands, the value for money here is truly outstanding. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Next time I come to Changsha, I will book the Wanjiali Hotel again.

Location: Super convenient, right above Wanjiali Plaza. However, my kids weren't big fans, probably due to the decor style. It was very easy to visit all the popular spots. Actually, for breakfast, you can just grab a bite at the various small shops downstairs.

Following her helpful recommendations, I visited Orange Isle, where I got to see the statue of young Mao Zedong up close. Enjoying the evening breeze along the Xiang River and admiring the scenery on both banks made my trip even more fulfilling and beautiful. Throughout my stay, I asked her many questions about getting around, and she patiently and meticulously answered every one of them; her service was truly exceptional. The hotel's overall decor is grand and magnificent, and the facilities are comprehensive. Combined with the warm and attentive service from staff member #288, this trip was extra comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Wanjiali International Hotel if you're visiting Changsha!
