All guest rooms and the lobby area were fully renovated in 2009 and 2015, respectively. In 2019, the guest rooms were gradually upgraded with soft furnishings. You can try one of the newly renovated rooms next time. Changsha has been experiencing humid and hot weather recently, and the rooms may feel stuffy if you haven't paid attention. Based on your feedback, we promptly reported this to management, and all rooms have been air-conditioned. We are also constantly monitoring room availability. Breakfast quality and service are the face of a hotel, and your feedback regarding "food shortages at 9 am and indifferent service staff" is a serious dereliction of duty. The noodle stall lady's response, "Who has time to make dumplings now?" was extremely inappropriate and completely violated our "guests first" service principle.
