ST-Tropez Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations overall. The location is excellent, and parking is very convenient if you're driving. The room was clean and bright, with all the necessary amenities. The view from the window was pleasant, the environment was serene, and the air was fresh and invigorating. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful service, making the entire check-in and stay process very smooth.

I booked this hotel to take my child to a concert, and it's very close to the exhibition center, which was super convenient. The environment is also great, and the staff were all very nice. Rooms were tight during the summer holiday. When I checked in, the room was ready, but the cleaning wasn't finished yet. Since Changsha was incredibly hot, I decided to wait in the room for the cleaning to be done. While unpacking, I realized I forgot my phone charger. The staff overheard me and proactively offered to bring one over. So thoughtful! 👍

Five-star review. The room was well-sized, with complete and well-maintained facilities. It was generally quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The front desk staff, Y, was professional, efficient, communicative, and responsive.

The room was spotless and very clean. Aside from the air conditioning, there was also a dehumidifier, which had been set up before I even checked in. When I opened the door, the room was already at a comfortable temperature and perfectly tidy. A special shoutout to the lady from Building 16; seeing me struggle with heavy luggage and stairs, she immediately came over to help me carry it to my room. The shuttle service was also incredibly convenient; they usually arrived within a few minutes of calling. As I was there for a concert, the shuttle was able to drop me off very close to the venue.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just about a ten-minute walk from the Mango concert venue. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room facilities are well-equipped and very clean. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me some small cards featuring local attractions, which I really liked!

I specifically chose this hotel because I was visiting 'Qicai Hezi' (Colorful Box). The shuttle bus dropped me off at one of the main entrances, and it was about a six or seven-minute walk from there. The environment is lovely, surrounded by lush greenery, and it's a terraced villa. The cleanliness was also good. Great value for money, highly recommended.

The guest room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Y, at the front desk, provided meticulous and thoughtful service; they were gentle, polite, and responded promptly and considerately. Professionalism was evident in every detail. The dining quality was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. My entire stay was relaxed and comfortable, with convenient access to everything. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This hotel is quite unique, with individual villa-style accommodations. The grounds are filled with lush greenery, well-maintained and with beautiful colorful flowers. The resort is expansive, making it convenient to park if you have your own car, or you can use their shuttle service. It's right next to Window of the World and the Undersea World, as well as where Hunan TV films its shows, which is quite popular. I didn't get to the gym, and the swimming pool isn't in the same building as the rooms; it's in another building. It's an indoor heated pool, which was quite pleasant, and thankfully, it wasn't too crowded when I went. The staff I encountered were all very friendly, and the front desk was patient and helpful in resolving any issues. My room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were very welcoming.
