The service was excellent. We arrived a bit late, and the front desk staff upgraded our room, reminded us to book the shuttle service, and even gave us two complimentary drinks. The shuttle to the station was prompt and punctual, running every half hour, and took only 5 minutes – very convenient. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the cleanliness was still very good. The breakfast was great, especially the braised pork ribs with noodles. The variety and quantity were also decent. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay if you're catching the high-speed rail. The mattress was comfortable, and I slept really well.

The hotel's location is superb, making travel convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet and tidy, free from noisy disturbances, ensuring a good night's rest. The lobby is clean and bright, with elegant decor and a great ambiance. Public areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected, and the air is fresh, showing great attention to detail. The guest rooms are fully equipped and new, with a well-thought-out layout and a spacious feel. Both natural light and ventilation are excellent. The bed is soft and comfortable, the bedding is clean and odor-free, and the pillows are just the right height, providing an excellent sleeping experience. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is practical, and the toiletries provided are comprehensive and of good quality. Hot water supply is stable and plentiful, and the water pressure is strong. The room lighting is soft, and there are plenty of power outlets and USB ports. Air conditioning, a water heater, and a hairdryer are also provided, which is great.

The environment is nice, and the breakfast fruits are delicious 😋, though the oranges are a bit sour. The soundproofing is also quite good.

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it a solid choice for business trips. The shuttle service is convenient, and breakfast is decent. It's really well-situated, very close to the high-speed train station, which makes getting around super easy.

Very close to the West Square, nice environment, quiet and clean. The room rate isn't expensive, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, it's varied and tastes good. We were in a hurry for our train, and they even offered a takeaway service, which was really thoughtful! 😊

I highly recommend this Holiday Inn. If you're visiting Changsha and arriving by high-speed train, it's a very short taxi ride, only about 1 km away. After resting at the hotel, you can easily take the subway from a nearby station to Wuyi Square for some fun, and then return by subway to relax in your room when you're tired. The room rate is excellent, the space is generous, clean, and odor-free, making for a very comfortable stay – which I truly appreciate. It feels very safe and cozy. The location is convenient, the price is great, and there's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, which is fantastic. The room is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the transportation is very convenient. I stayed at the same hotel before and after my trip, which made storing my luggage easy. They also offered ironing services. The front desk lady was very kind and upgraded my room and allowed for a late checkout. They even provided a transfer service to the station, which was incredibly helpful for catching our high-speed train in the late afternoon. It was a very pleasant experience.
