This was quite a good stay. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because I had mentioned in my booking that an elderly person would be staying with us and asked for a non-slip mat and a shower stool in the bathroom. The next day, the hotel informed me they only had a non-slip mat, not a stool, which was quite disappointing. Every time I travel with my father, even hotels like Sheraton provide elderly-friendly stools. So, I was pretty let down. However, when we checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to be told that a stool would be brought to our room shortly, and the non-slip mat would also be laid out soon. After we got to the room, housekeeping immediately brought a stool. In the evening, they left a note saying they knew an elderly person was staying and had specifically provided a pair of non-slip slippers – I was so touched and grateful! A big thank you to the room attendants on the 26th floor who serviced our room during our stay from the 21st! Additionally, the room view was excellent, right where the Xiangjiang River and Liuyang River meet. The North Star Delta shopping complex, not far from the hotel, was also great; we had several meals there. Oh, and it's not far from the subway either. Overall, I think it's better than staying near Wuyi Square – it's a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. My sincere thanks again to the room attendants who took care of us during those days!

The location is very convenient, and there are many shopping malls nearby. Although many shops were closed during the Spring Festival, it still met our daily needs. The facilities are a bit old, but they are very clean and tidy, and the breakfast selection is quite rich.

Overall, it's pretty good. The transportation is convenient, and the hotel is clean. It's right next to the Xiang River, and the night view of Beichen Delta is stunning. The Three Pavilions and One Hall cruise terminal is also nearby, making a night cruise on the Xiang River very convenient.

The front desk upgraded us to room 888, which was a very pleasant surprise! The service was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of food. Dinner even included a mini hot pot.

## Environment: The surroundings are quite good, located by the river and not far from the subway. The nearby roads have light traffic, so it's not noisy. Pictures two and three show the actual view. ## Service: 1. I specifically requested a high floor, a good view, and a room away from the elevator in my booking notes. When checking in, I asked if they could see my notes from the platform, and they confirmed they could. They then assigned me a room on the 16th floor. At the time, I thought this was considered a higher-floor room within the available range. I was in a hurry to go out, so I just dropped off my luggage, rested for a few minutes, and left. When I returned in the evening, I realized the view wasn't what I had in mind. I checked Trip.com and saw that this room type is listed as floors 12-22. So, I'd expect at least the 18th floor to be considered a 'high floor,' right? I checked in around 3 PM, which is generally the standard check-in time, while the standard check-out time is 12 PM. It's unlikely that all the high-floor rooms were already taken, unless everyone checked in early? The deluxe and premier rooms on Trip.com use the same view pictures, which is misleading. 2. Right after I entered the room and sat down, someone knocked on the door to deliver a welcome fruit plate. A minute or two later, another person came to deliver a box of candies. Couldn't they have delivered them together? The soundproofing is poor; sometimes I couldn't tell if someone was knocking on my door or the neighboring room's door. Plus, the person delivering the fruit knocked and then just opened the door and walked in! It startled me, and I had to say, "Someone's here!" 3. After breakfast, I asked what time check-out was, and they said 12 PM. I asked if I could get a late check-out, and they told me the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible. While this is within their rules, it didn't feel like good service. The gap between a 3 PM check-in and a 12 PM check-out is quite long. The experience isn't even as good as a slightly lower-tier hotel like a Hanting or All Seasons. 4. Around midnight, I was half-asleep when I was suddenly woken up by the sound of a staff member knocking on the neighboring room's door. Given how poor the soundproofing is, shouldn't they optimize this by calling instead of knocking late at night? ## Facilities: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. I could clearly hear knocking on the next-door room, and sometimes I couldn't even tell if it was my door or theirs. 2. There's an occasional 'bang' sound from above the window. I'm not sure what causes it.

Good location, walking distance to the shopping malls and there is an open space beside musuem and nice to chill. Great view from our hotel room as well. Seems like celebrities do stay here, while checking out saw people camping for them.

The breakfast was incredibly generous, and the night view was beautiful! The location is quite close to the subway station, with plenty of snack shops nearby, and the service was also good. The room was standard, and the view from it was decent. If your budget allows, I'd definitely recommend a high-floor river view room to enjoy the night scenery. Plus, you can easily visit the Changsha Museum, which is just a stone's throw away.

The room facilities were clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and undisturbed.

I stayed for three nights in Changsha and used the subway for all my travels. The hotel is close to the subway station, and it was quite convenient to get to the city center, just four stops away. I booked a low-floor river view room, but they proactively upgraded me to a high-floor one. I took so many photos; the view was absolutely stunning. The weather was also great. On the morning I left, I even made a special trip to Sanjiaozhou Tou (Orange Isle/Juzizhou), which feels like the new city area of Changsha. The library, cultural center, and city museum are all here, and it was very pleasant to walk around and explore. The room cleaning was also very thoughtful; they helped fold my clothes, which made packing much easier. Thank you!

Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, we were given a river-view room with a stunning view 👍. Since we had a late flight, we specifically went to the 39th floor to enjoy afternoon tea after checking out. The afternoon tea for 178 for two people was definitely worth it. The pastries were delicious, and the scenery was pleasant.

A friend recommended this hotel to me. It's really close to Metro Line 1, and there are tons of malls and restaurants nearby. Getting to Wuyi Square is super convenient by subway. Plus, the room has a great view! I later found out it's a hotel popular with celebrities too. Definitely recommend it! Shoutout to the happy lady! 👧

Fantastic hotel! The location is great, and it's super convenient to have delivery services bring food right up to your room. You can cast your screen, just need to ask staff to help set it up, and it works really well. The service attitude is excellent, and it's amazing value for money. We booked a river view room, and the river view was lovely.

Traveling with two adults and two children during the National Day holiday, we booked a river-view twin room. The 1.2m beds were a bit small, but they could be combined without any hassle. The environment, hygiene, view, facilities, and breakfast were all excellent. Plus, there's a plaza and shopping center right downstairs, which was very convenient.

Pros: The hotel's location is great, quite peaceful, and not as crowded as Wuyi Square. It's lovely for an evening stroll along the Xiang River, and the night view is beautiful. The hotel's swimming pool is also fantastic. Cons: The breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited. Regrets: Why are the 2.4-meter king beds only available on lower floors? It's a shame they aren't on higher floors, especially since the room layouts are the same. Also, the lack of a bathtub meant a bit less fun for the kids.
