Tucked away in a lively area, I absolutely loved it. The photo ops were amazing, and the service attitude was excellent. We arrived in Changsha on a red-eye flight, and when we reached the hotel, the lady at the front desk responded quickly to our WeChat message and even ran out to greet us. The staff at the entrance and in the restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel manager was especially attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home during our trip. Since we were traveling with two children, the dining hours here were very flexible, and no matter when we went, we could always find fruit in the restaurant, plus there was afternoon tea – it was fantastic! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Changsha.

The composition and photo quality were really disappointing; I couldn't even pick one to be retouched, so I ended up not wanting any of them. It felt like a waste of time and really soured my mood. Honestly, if it weren't for this photo service, my overall impression of the hotel would have been even better. I'd suggest the hotel either improve the photography team or simply cancel this complimentary offering.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we felt incredibly well taken care of every single day. Each day truly was a nice day!

Environment: Needless to say, this is one of the best hotels in Changsha. The butler also constantly reminded me about afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and breakfast. I was so happy! 🥳 Super satisfied! Super satisfied!

While the W Hotel certainly boasts modernity and luxury, the genuine, warm service at Yijian 6500 is something no standardized process can replicate. In that moment, my only thought was: I really want to go back. Yijian 6500, you are more than just a hotel; you allowed me to find another definition of 'home' in Changsha.
