The hotel's location is excellent. The subway entrance is just a three-minute walk away, making it easy to reach all the major attractions. The front desk even provides illustrated cards for various sights, which is a thoughtful touch! Front desk staff member #2 recommended the old restaurant next door, and their food was truly authentic; I especially loved their double-pepper chicken. It's super convenient for exploring and dining.

I have to commend this hotel for its exceptional service, where every detail shows thoughtfulness. My elderly companion has limited mobility, so the front desk specially arranged a low-floor room and even adjusted the room temperature in advance. During breakfast, a staff member immediately came over to clean up after my child accidentally knocked over some cutlery, and proactively offered new cutlery and food, all with great patience and care. When we returned to our room in the evening, we found the bedding neatly tidied and the toiletries in the bathroom replenished. The overall service made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, without any sense of formality. The environment was also very quiet and cozy. It was a truly pleasant stay.

There are quite a few noodle shops around the hotel. Miss No. 9 at the front desk told me a new beef noodle shop just opened, and they have a buy-one-get-one-free offer because it's a grand opening. She recommended I try it. The taste was indeed pretty good, and it looked very appealing too, absolutely delicious! If you're staying here, you should definitely give it a try. Thumbs up!

Must give a five-star rating to Concierge #6! It was pouring rain when we arrived, and he not only proactively held an umbrella for us but also meticulously wiped the wheels of our luggage clean before bringing them to our room. Lady #9 enthusiastically introduced us to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived in Changsha. This level of meticulous and attentive service is truly impressive. Highly recommend!

The hotel's service was truly exceptional, incredibly attentive. As soon as we walked in, staff immediately helped with our luggage and guided us to the front desk for check-in. They even thoughtfully asked if we'd like some tea. The front desk attendant, Miss No. 5, was also wonderfully enthusiastic and thorough during check-in. It was a very pleasant experience.

Overall, everything was great, and the service was excellent. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I'd particularly like to share three things: First, on the second day after checking in, we were studying and forgot to turn on the 'make up room' light when we left. To my surprise, a staff member came to our room in the afternoon specifically to ask if we needed cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, and honestly, this level of proactive service is something I've never encountered before. Thumbs up to you all! 👍 Second, while cleaning, they even took the initiative to clean my phone charger, which was totally unexpected. Third, after staying for four days, just as I was about to check out, I realized my back brace was missing. I then remembered I'd left it in the restaurant on the second day. After calling to inquire, the restaurant immediately brought it to my room. While the back brace wasn't expensive, the fact that they took such good care of a customer's forgotten item and returned it so promptly is incredibly reassuring. Thumbs up! 👍
