Grand Hyatt Changsha

Very satisfied!!! The service from the guest rooms, front desk, concierge, and dining departments was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. It's really great value for money! I was very happy with both breakfast and the executive lounge. I stayed for two nights, and my favorite was definitely the sausage in the sausage and bacon stew at the executive lounge on Friday night – incredibly delicious!!! It had a cheesy flavor! It's a shame they changed it the next day; it was truly amazing!!! Also, the flat noodles at breakfast were fantastic! I ate so much! The pool was nice too, and I had it all to myself on Saturday morning, haha.

I chose the Grand Hyatt for a short weekend getaway. The hotel's service was absolutely top-notch, with nothing to fault. It truly lives up to Hyatt's management standards; everything was just wonderful. During my two-day stay, I interacted with many hotel staff members – from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant to the recreation team, security, engineering, and cleaning staff – all were exceptionally polite, and their service attitude was unparalleled. Proactive communication and smiling service, which are rare in the current hospitality landscape, were commonplace here. If I had a minor question, a staff member would personally guide me to a solution, which is truly remarkable. Everything about the hotel was excellent: its location, facilities, service details, product quality, and dining offerings were all outstanding. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the swimming pool, something I haven't seen in many other hotels I've visited. My only minor critique is that the hotel entrance was a bit hard to find. It's perfectly fine if you arrive by car, but if you're walking from the subway, you need to pay attention to the Hisense Plaza signs. The hotel also provided useful coupons, which were particularly helpful for tourists!

Everything about the room was satisfactory. I booked the Club Lounge this time and it felt like great value for money. There were always snacks and soft drinks available, and in the evenings, it was almost like a mini-buffet. The gym facilities were excellent and very thoughtful.

During my short stay in Changsha, the Grand Hyatt truly impressed me with its comfort and heartfelt service. The room was clean and cozy, offering a magnificent river view, and the service was warm and attentive. Because I was in a hurry, I accidentally left an item behind, but the hotel thoughtfully helped mail it back to me. The communication was smooth, and they handled everything reliably. This kind of dedication made my trip even more perfect.

The hotel's facilities are exquisite, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the happy hour at Grand Hyatt Club also boasts a good selection of dishes. Both the waitstaff and housekeepers are polite, proactive, and enthusiastic, fully reflecting the Grand Hyatt's quality. The location is excellent, right by the Xiang River, and within walking distance to Du Fu Jiang Ge. Pozi Street is also very close, and the subway station is just an 8-minute walk away, making it very convenient to visit various attractions.

The location is excellent, the river view is beautiful, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The swimming pool water is clean, and both times I went, I practically had the place to myself, which was especially satisfying. They even gave us tickets for the sightseeing bus. The room was spacious and comfortable! Highly recommended!

The Grand Hyatt Changsha offered a great experience. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a direct view of the Xiang River, and the night lights are dazzling, making the night view of the Xiang River absolutely stunning. The room hygiene was well maintained, and the bedding was soft. The guest services center was responsive and provided thoughtful and attentive service. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, so you can easily take care of dining, drinking, and shopping all in one place. It's suitable for both leisure and business travel.

The room quality was exactly what you'd expect from a Grand Hyatt – excellent. The view was absolutely stunning; I took so many photos. The service was also top-notch, with staff always smiling and providing warm, friendly assistance. We were particularly impressed by Sandy Xu, who went above and beyond. Knowing we were traveling with elderly family members, she offered a lot of thoughtful care, help, and suggestions. We had to leave in a bit of a rush, so please convey our sincere thanks to her on our behalf ❤️

This is my second time staying at Grand Hyatt Changsha, and it's just as satisfying as before. The room is clean and comfortable, the high-floor view is stunning, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The happy hour experience was also excellent!
