YANNIAN INTERCITY HOTEL

Booked this last minute. It's about a 15-minute walk from Changsha South Station. The rooms were clean and tidy. We booked two rooms and since it was so late, we understood they couldn't be on the same floor. The showerhead in one room was loose, but the front desk lady immediately sent someone to fix it. That kind of speed definitely deserves a thumbs up! 👍

The room is spacious and clean, a must-choose for a family of four. They even provide disinfectant and laundry detergent, and there are thoughtful reminder notes in the bathroom, which is really convenient. It's very close to Exit 4 of Pingyang Station on the South Station Metro Line, just a few minutes' walk away. Breakfast is also rich and delicious, and the service is excellent. They upgraded me to a 3 PM late checkout, and I could park my car for free until evening, which made it super convenient for us to explore the city center. Next time I'm in Changsha, this will definitely be my first choice! 👍👍👍

Our flight was delayed, so we checked in quite late, but they kindly upgraded us to a family suite. The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean! Unfortunately, we couldn't make it to breakfast to try it out. If we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely choose this hotel!

This hotel offers an exceptional experience. The facilities are brand new and well-maintained, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The environment is quiet and comfortable, with a fantastic ambiance and great views. The dining quality is excellent, and it's conveniently located for getting around. Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a highly recommended choice.

The location is super convenient. During the Dragon Boat Festival, all the stations were packed, but staying here meant a quick 10-12 minute walk, so no need to wait for a cab. Wuyue Plaza is just across the street, which is handy. I booked an executive room, but the executive lounge was tiny and didn't really meet five-star standards. However, given the price, it's still great value for money.

The lady at the front desk was terrible. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and she assigned me a room on the top floor, right next to the service elevator. When I checked in, I thought it was a good spot since it was far from the guest elevators. But the next day, I was woken up very early by the continuous noise from the elevators and the cleaning staff. It was really annoying. I opened the door to see what the noise was, and then I realized I had been placed next to the service elevator. I felt completely ripped off. When I checked out, I mentioned it to a staff member, who said they could arrange a better room next time. I told them, 'You've scammed me, do you really think I'll stay at this hotel again?'

Facilities: Standard star-rated hotel level. Hygiene: Very thorough and tidy cleaning. Environment: Very grand and spacious, also very quiet. Service: So-so, pretty average compared to other star-rated hotels I've stayed at. Executive lounge was alright.

This hotel is great, very close to Changsha South Station, just about a ten-minute walk. The room design is also excellent, with complete facilities and a strong sense of style. Wuyue Plaza is right next door, offering plenty of shopping and dining options.

The owner is so nice; I'm a returning guest. Their place is excellent, and I recommend everyone stay here. It's right by the main entrance of the scenic area. The owner even offered to give me a ride, and the room has a fantastic view.
