Very nice, like a museum. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Location is in one of the trendiest spot

First off, the location is great and easy to find. A taxi from the airport was about 70 RMB. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the noodles were really good! The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided excellent service. Many shops on Chaozong Street weren't open in the morning, but it still had a unique charm.

Located on Chaozong Street, it's super convenient to step out and explore directly. Overall, my stay was great. The hotel has a fantastic design, the hallways always smell lovely, and they even offer complimentary coffee and afternoon tea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The environment here is super comfortable. The bathtub was great for a relaxing soak, and they even provide disposable bath bags which is a nice touch. The front desk also offers fragranced bath fizzers, which was lovely. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se tea shop less than 300 meters away, and the subway station is also very close. Plus, there are tons of options for food delivery. The pillows and sheets were silky smooth and soft – so comfortable, unlike that damp feeling you sometimes get in other hotels. The hotel service was excellent too; they even offered complimentary iced Americanos every day. And they have a Dyson hairdryer! It really felt like a home away from home.

It takes about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, but it's very convenient and close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel has a small courtyard, perfect for taking photos and enjoying tea, or just sitting there and enjoying the breeze.

The room has a makeup mirror, and the bathroom is very spacious with a large mirror. The natural light during the day is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The bathroom also has a separate wet and dry area, with the shower cabin separately enclosed.

I have to rave about the hotel's location – it's incredibly convenient! There are so many popular eateries and trendy shops right next door, and a Chayan Yijia tea shop is just over 100 meters away. It's also really close to Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle, and there are tons of great food options nearby.

The hotel is right in the heart of Chaozong Street, though the main entrance was a bit tricky to find when I first arrived. The lobby on the first floor is incredibly artistic, filled with all sorts of ceramic displays.

The room was simple and clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. Still, the first impression upon entering was quite good. The location is absolutely fantastic – all the popular attractions are right nearby, so you don't have to walk far at all.

The hotel's overall location and area feel very grand and upscale. Plus, it's surrounded by trendy spots like coffee shops, bistros, and novelty stores that young people love. There are also often people coming here to shoot videos or photos.

This hotel is great overall! You can get complimentary coffee anytime, and they offer luggage storage after check-out. They even gave us a souvenir, and the service was super friendly. The room was also really nice. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

Had a great experience! The soundproofing was really good, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm. They even provided two types of pillows in the room, and the blackout curtains were nice and thick.

The large bathtub in the room was a lifesaver; after a day of shopping, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and that skin-friendly comfort directly contributed to a great night's sleep.

The environment is excellent, and my stay was very pleasant. The service was thoughtful, and I'd definitely come back. It's super convenient for getting around; just a 10-minute walk to Wuyi Square and close to the subway station.
