The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed train station, right inside the East Square. The staff's service attitude is very good, and they process invoices quite quickly. The room was clean and well-equipped.

Had a really pleasant stay at this new hotel. The big sign for 'Yiju Hotel' (referring to a comfortable/livable hotel) was very prominent, and it was only about a hundred meters walk from the East Plaza exit. I called the front desk and the staff member was very friendly, patient, and thorough in their service. They even upgraded me to a larger bed room for free! The room was tidy, clean, and everything felt new. It was also quiet at night with good soundproofing. Plus, there was a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a great wet and dry separation. The laundry room was right next to the elevator, which is incredibly important for travelers – really a nice touch. And the breakfast was delicious too!
