This place is absolutely incredible, and the transportation is super convenient! They arranged a car to pick me up from the high-speed train station beforehand, so I didn't have to lug my luggage around, which I really appreciated! The room was big and comfortable, with a sofa and a table, perfect for ordering takeout and watching movies at night. Just saying ”Xiao Du” (the smart assistant) turns off the lights and adjusts the AC – a dream for lazy people like me. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, so two people can use it without bothering each other. For breakfast, there are freshly made noodles, fresh fruit, and the afternoon tea is picture-perfect. On the first floor, free drinks are available anytime, and there's a 24-hour gym and laundry room. The front desk even gives out food recommendations – it's a no-brainer, just go for it!

First time in Changsha, and it was scorching hot! Attendant 011 helped me upgrade my room, and to my surprise, it even had a fridge. When I needed more disposable amenities, they were delivered promptly. Coming back in the evening, I found the night view from the high floor to be fantastic. Upon checkout, they even gave me two bottles of iced water. Super impressed! Service: Excellent Environment: Good
