The sewage smell in the room 601 I stayed in was so strong that it could wake me up in the middle of the night. The air outlet of the air conditioner is facing my head, so I can't sleep with the air conditioner on at night. There is a platform outside the window, and the sound of rain and water mix together in the middle of the night, making people restless.

The room was booked with twin beds, very big! Much larger than expected, and the latest design style is also very fashionable and avant-garde! The service attitude is also very good, a very good experience! The price/performance ratio is too high, I will continue next time!

Let me start with the conclusion. I have never stayed in such a bad place in Orange. Facilities: There is only one passenger elevator. The elevator broke down on the first day we entered. It broke down around 3pm and was not repaired until the next day. It was a long way up and down the freight elevator. From the freight elevator to the front desk, you had to go around in a big circle. It was extremely inconvenient to get up and down. The air conditioner is broken! No cooling or heating. The outdoor temperature is 23 degrees and the indoor temperature is 28 degrees. How can we survive this day? Huazhu Club comes standard with a large screen projection TV and a batch of network cards. Watching a 720p movie takes 2 minutes to watch and one card is stuck. Isn’t it funny? Hygiene: It’s okay if you don’t look carefully. If you look closely, it's a mess. There are obvious water stains on the floor and even an orange seed left by the previous tenant. You have to wipe the toilet yourself! If there are stains, the picture will be disgusting. Environment: The location is within the third ring road, but it is still a bit far from the city center, and there is not much good food nearby. Breakfast was okay, not bad. Service: First of all, the service is not enthusiastic. To put it nicely, it has a sense of distance. To put it badly, it is relatively cold. Secondly, the air conditioner in my room was broken. I was first asked to turn on the third speed at 20 degrees for 20 minutes. After trying it for 30 minutes, it didn’t work. I was told that the engineer would come to fix it. I waited for more than 20 minutes and the worker didn’t come back. I called again. Urged me, the engineer told me that the external host was not on, and asked me to wait for 15 minutes (the first time I asked the front desk, the man answered the phone and clearly said that the external host was on). I waited another 15 minutes and it still didn't work. I went to communicate with the front desk again and told me to check out at night? Want me to go out and look for a hotel at 9 o'clock? He said there was no room to change, and then he said there was one, and finally changed rooms. I spent an hour in a room with a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. It's up to you to judge how the service is.

房間很大，衞生也挺到位的，服務真的很好，有點發燒問前台拿了温度計還給主動給我煮了薑茶，早餐也很豐富，感覺管理和服務都很在線，也都是微笑服務，很熱情，會問我們房間合不合適，需不需要喝點水，停車很方便

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，位置便利，服務熱情貼心，早餐豐富，入住體驗很棒，酒店外面就是停車場，很方便，性價比高，推薦入住。
