星程酒店確實很好，停車很方便，門口有大院子隨便停。前台工作人員很熱情，有問必答，微笑服務房間很乾凈，很寬敞，對面就是虞山，可以看風景的大窗户，空氣也很好。 衞生間很大很乾凈，可以泡浴缸，前台可以提供免費的浴缸套，晚上泡澡很舒服。 周圍配套也很豐富，印象城，琴湖都有很多好吃的。 下次來常熟，還可以來入住。

設施： 今年新開的酒店，房間很緊湊，設施都非常齊全，非常棒，停車地面也比較寬敞，乾乾淨淨的酒店，非常方便出行。五月五一期間入住過一次，今天又來很方便，房間很大，適合親子。 服務： 前台工作人員，客房阿姨都非常好，還會送入住水果，對於合理的要求都會及時響應，做的非常高效，認真負責。對於長者和小朋友很友好。所以再次選擇入住，進出常熟和沙家浜周邊，遊覽和吃蟹都很方便。
