Taihu Longemont Diamond Hotel

The surroundings are beautiful, and the lake water is crystal clear, offering distant views of Taihu Lake. It's only 1 km from the performing arts center, about a 15-minute walk, or a taxi ride for just 8-9 yuan. No need to spend money on the scenic shuttle bus.

Upon arrival, considering the need to be closer to my elderly family members, I was directly upgraded to a lake-view room on the same floor. During my stay, I noticed water seeping from the shower into the bathroom, which the butler promptly addressed. The staff immediately fixed it, demonstrating high efficiency.

The butler was very thoughtful. They even upgraded our room type during check-in, and the kids had a great time. We'll definitely stay here again next time. Double Grand Circus Guest Ticket (Magic Journey): The kids loved it. Taihu Performance City: We didn't finish watching the first day, so we went again on the second. It was pretty good.

Hehe, the service was really attentive, and we had a great stay. The views outside were also lovely. We'll definitely come back next time. The only thing was that the pillows weren't great; they felt a bit cheap, so hopefully, they can improve those.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Longemont Diamond Hotel this time, especially the wide variety and delicious taste of their breakfast. The service was also very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. I will definitely choose the Diamond Hotel again next time.

My stay was quite disappointing. The pillows in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made it hard to relax before sleeping. The breakfast selection was very limited, and items weren't refilled promptly. Both the room cleanliness and breakfast service fell short of expectations. Overall, the value for money was low, and the experience didn't live up to what I'd hoped for. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is excellent. The freshly baked biscuits for breakfast were delicious. There are a few white tiger statues in the hotel lobby which my child loved seeing. However, the wardrobe and bedside tables in the room have sharp corners. It would be more suitable for families with young children if these were rounded off. Overall, a good experience.

The value for money is incredible, friends! Our room had a lake view, and I chose the zoo tickets, which was so worth it! There were so many giraffes and elephants; remember to take the mini-train when you visit the zoo. Some reviews compare it to Chimelong, and I've been to Chimelong too, but staying at a Chimelong hotel plus airfare would cost several times more than here, wouldn't it? So, it's only fair to compare them based on the same budget. At a comparable price point, Dragon Valley has very few rivals when it comes to family-friendly options. Plus, I really loved the soy milk at breakfast; it was delicious. The grapefruit butler was also excellent and very dedicated! And the response time was incredibly fast! I'll definitely be back.
