The hotel is nestled atop its own hill, offering a serene and secluded environment. However, the breakfast was truly disappointing; it only started at 8 AM, had limited options, and lacked any live cooking stations – frankly, it was worse than what you'd find at a budget hotel. During our stay, a crab our child caught while stream tracing escaped its bucket. While searching for it, we inadvertently discovered numerous hidden dirty spots in the room, filled with dust and insect carcasses. We booked a treehouse villa, and the tatami bed was directly under a skylight. The skylight curtain didn't close properly, so the room became very bright as early as 5 AM when the sun rose, which disturbed our sleep. Overall, aside from the surroundings, the nearly 2,000 RMB per night price during the May Day holiday was a significant overcharge.

The environment is great, with a strong sense of nature in the air, and the service is excellent.

This is a resort hotel I absolutely loved. It's incredibly private, like a hidden gem nestled deep in the mountains. With mountains and water, you can relax on the lake and let your mind wander. There's a tea room at the mountaintop for guests to enjoy, and wild fruits and flowers abound along the way – picking and tasting them keeps you entertained. The rooms are also of excellent quality, truly exquisite. Definitely worth staying at again!

The hotel environment was very quiet, and I had a very relaxing May Day holiday. The nearby restaurants were all quite good, making it a suitable place for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was just average.

Our whole family spent a pleasant, fulfilling, and unforgettable holiday at Shangyin Resort in Chuanbu, Changxing. The resort truly embodies the concept of "hotel as part of the landscape," with the babbling brooks and layered mountains stretching as far as the eye can see, making every day feel like living in a painting. Here, people and nature blend seamlessly together. We heard that the owner invested a whopping 200 million yuan in 2015, spending four years meticulously crafting this scenic spot to create Shangyin. The resort covers 200 acres, yet only has 40 guest rooms—this restraint itself is a luxury. The longer we stayed, the more we felt the care and sincerity of the builders in every corner. Regarding the accommodations: The layout, furnishings, amenities, and facilities of the rooms were all designed for comfort. It wasn't ostentatious luxury, but rather a sense of proportion designed by someone who truly understands life and rest. The bedding was especially reassuring—perfectly thick and soft against the skin, ensuring a restful and dreamless night's sleep. Even the smallest details, like the lighting, the blackout curtains, and the consistent shower water temperature, were just right. Regarding the food: The restaurant serves authentic local specialties, with fresh ingredients and restrained yet flavorful cooking—not the kind of perfunctory "standard farmhouse cuisine" often served to tourists. Breakfast is also thoughtfully prepared; while the variety isn't extravagant, the essential hot porridge, side dishes, whole grains, and pastries are all elegantly presented and clean, making for a comfortable and satisfying meal. Regarding the staff: The staff here are highly qualified, providing warm and attentive service. From the front desk to the restaurant, from room service to shuttle bus service, every step demonstrates sincerity and meticulous attention. It's not a mechanical smile, but a genuine desire for you to relax here. It is precisely because of the excellent facilities and service that our whole family was able to completely unwind from our daily fatigue and truly enjoy a period of complete relaxation and rest. Changxing Chuanbu Shangyin Resort is undoubtedly a resort truly worth a special trip to, and one we will definitely return to. Five-star recommendation—well deserved.

The room was clean, the service was warm and attentive, and the surrounding environment was comfortable.

The breakfast selection was generally too limited! And since there was no refrigerator in the room, it was inconvenient to have cold drinks.

The original hotel we booked was changed to this one because of a large team-building trip, and it was absolutely worth it. The environment is beautiful, and the lake-view room has a stunning view.

The natural scenery is beautiful, and the service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again next time.
