訂了那麼多次酒店，第一次寫差評，酒店設施比較陳舊了，前台工作人員態度非常差，訂的江景房，被遮擋的一點都看不到江，她還説你們在網上訂的話就是比較差的房型，請問現在這個時代不在網上訂怎麼訂？晚上來房間調麻將機，因為少了字，也非常不耐煩，説什麼她們這裏的麻將是怎麼怎麼放的，難道全世界都要這樣的打法嗎？如果該酒店再不對服務人員進行培訓，提升素質，衹會把客人都趕跑！

晚上去很哇塞，夜景很美。住宿選的吊腳樓，木屋風格還是不錯的，就是洗漱用品還有衞生間的衞生狀況還有很大提升的空間。早上吃飯是個問題，建議第一天晚上提前訂好不然早上去晚了沒得吃啦。

兩個問題：一是定的大陽台，開的是小陽台，老闆不願意退差價；二是916房間的床墊是壞的，睡上去直接就就窩下去了，請注意不是軟，是坑，半夜實在身上疼，衹好把床墊翻過來了，店家如果懷疑的話可以去看床墊下面的垃圾紙垃圾，我沒清理，還在床墊下面

從來不寫評價，一般也很少去給差評，可是這次酒店住宿體驗太差了！這個酒店基本已屬於半荒廢狀態，一路過去還要經過一個看守所，所住的房間門和窗都鎖不上，酒店也沒人住，是屬於前不着村後不着店的那種，太不安全了！晚上從餐廳吃完飯回房間，路燈都好少，一路又都是碎石台階，一不小心還把腳扭了！！！徹底影響了這次的旅行！！！服務大廳連個服務員都沒有，服務態度極差，根本就沒有服務可言，給一星都覺得多，估計好評都是刷的。連個早餐都沒，房費裏卻包含雙早！如果在酒店裡想點兩個菜，吃個飯，還要求要最低消費，真的就是個冤大頭了，估計是去一個宰一個，服務員超級難説話！房間裏到處是蟲子，早上起來梳洗袋裡全是蟲子，太嚇人了，蚊子又好大。一打開門就是一股黴味，實在是天色已晚，不想再折騰了，不然就換酒店了！

懸崖酒店，我們定的江景房，有朋友定了樹屋，很有特色的酒店，宣傳不夠，還有進來的路比較狹窄，很原生態酒店，陽台可以鳥瞰清江和整個長陽縣城，每個江景房都有麻將桌，但這麼美的景誰捨得打麻將了，寨裏種滿了玫瑰花，真的好美。
