衞生：衞生打掃的很棒，説的誇張點，一塵不染。
服務：服務超好，有星級酒店的水準，尤其應該誇一下大堂的美女經理，送了我一份早餐（我訂的是不含早餐），考慮到我喝茶，還同意給我房間送了幾瓶水，值得推薦，下次去出差，還會選擇益東酒店。

房間挺大的，在前面那個酒店培訓選擇在隔壁住，服務也挺好，就是一樓大廳是洗浴的鞋房，一往電梯那走就一股腳臭味，建議那邊整改一下，加個門，或者屋子裡麪加個排風。要不然太煞風景，有異味。早餐在三樓。跟洗澡合併的。

再一次入住，帶家人遊玩，長治這一站是最開心的，長治風景特別棒，因為長台的風景好，入住體驗好，選擇多待一天。入住酒店特別的滿意，免費停車場，房間寬敞豪華，安靜舒適，整潔衞生，周邊購物吃飯也很方便，着重強調酒店的服務特別周到，出入都會問候，幫忙提東西或按電梯，提出任何需求都會很快回應並解決，前台姜利、小侯都特別熱情體貼，還特意送來果盤和飲用水，真正體會到了賓至如歸的感覺。
