On 中秋节，Our family enjoyed this hotel. This area is enought to take a rest in the nice enviroment. The hotel is clean and especially I appreciated that their kindness. They helped me to catch the taxi in the early morning. Thanks to 小秦 小孙 小周 小王 小江 ^_^

It’s been the third time in Eastern Salt Lake City. My son and I like the environment very much. My son likes the pop-ups there. This time we stayed at the Yanquan Hanguan. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the service staff were very good. Warm, will choose to stay next time!

本來訂的鹽泉涵館，但因為臨近假期，預訂的房間沒有了，幫我們免費升級到山居客棧的湖景房，處理問題的態度讓我們看到酒店的責任心。湖景房毗鄰湖邊，景區的好風景盡收眼底，房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊備，居住舒適度高。印象很深的還有酒店的服務，前台阿姨非常熱情，引導我們到房間，做周到的介紹，離開時幫忙寄運行李，真誠的態度讓人很温暖。如果再來鹽城湖遊玩，我還是會選擇住下。

酒店位於景區內，位置在中心位。去太極廣場和漂流地都很近。酒店衞生環境非常好，鬧中取靜，服務人員小王，小張，小超態度特別好，有求必應，讓我們一家人有賓至如歸的感覺，早晨的自助早餐非常豐富，就在酒店一樓，一定要早點去，不然八點半後人特別多。特別推薦來住一住鹽泉涵館，一家很有特色的酒店，清晨當陽光灑進來的那一刻，真的讓人有種放空的感覺。

酒店雖然感覺有些舊了，但是整體服務比較好，特別是杜店長和小王，本來因為停車的事情弄的火大，但是最後也完美解決了，孩子很喜歡吃酒店的梅菜燒餅，每次服務人員都會主動送幾個，最後一天退房的時候還特意多送了幾個給孩子👍🏻晚上還會提供銀耳湯和鹽敷，還準備了茶飲怕晚上睡不着沒要了。這次帶孩子來玩的，沒時間體驗温泉♨️下次一定試試。在這裏提2個意見：1 一晚上1000多的酒店不應該讓客人把車停在馬路上，應該提供專用停車場！2 酒店的隔音實在是太差了！隔壁聊天打呼嚕都能清楚聽到！

去鹽湖城好幾次了，每次都住涵館，住宿體驗一直很好。但是景區的停車、接駁問題都很大。朱雀門邊上的停車場，明明常年客滿，就不擴建，非要逼着住宿的遊客把車停到大停車場。在大停車場停好車，先坐接駁公交回到朱雀門，辦好入住再坐園內接駁車到酒店。等到返程，我1點就請酒店前台呼叫接駁車，等等等，等了十幾分鍾才等到，到了朱雀門，還要等公交車送我們去大停車場，又是一場苦等，快2點了才到自己車上。如果到了長假，估計體驗會更差，建議介意的朋友別去。

這次入住這個酒店非常滿意。酒店的温泉也很舒服，前台服務人員都很熱情，特別是小王，小張，小月，還有杜店長都非常的熱情，幫忙拿行李帶進房間，還幫忙叫車。房間的衞生也非常的整潔乾淨，環境也挺好的，很幽靜，院子裏面都是綠植，佈置的也非常用心。房間的設施也非常的完善，熱水也沒有什麼問題。衞生間也是乾濕分離的。下次還要來非常好！
