Honestly one of my favorite boutique hotels! Not sure why they are not a 5 star boutique hotel, only thing missing is a small gym room and small spa/ other than that they are amazing. Such beautiful interiors, attention for detail, the silk robes the beautiful design, the views and the amazing location. Breakfast was so intimate and so inviting…. So delicious!!! I was at 5 star large resorts before this and was shocked I fell in love with this small intimate breakfast. They have incredible cheeses, and really good eggs I think they make them in brown butter. They have a cute plate set for kids and the manager is so sweet and so is the rest of the staff. I personally didn’t like chania because it was so crowded but this little hotel was really such a beautiful experience and I would 1000% recommend it. Also they have a beautiful beach bag with towels ready to use and umbrellas if needed.

This historic hotel has been beautifully renovated. It is in the perfect location in the old town to walk and enjoy all that Chania has to offer. Each room is unique and definitely has the wow factor. The daily breakfast with fresh local food is an amazing way to start one’s day. The Aisha team - Erikka and Maria - are wonderful and made everyone feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. The decor is beautiful and it’s extremely well located, right in the center of the city. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with freshly baked food and the best chocolate cookies I have ever tasted. The only downside was more a b&b than a hotel, but the rest of experience was exceptional I truly didn’t mind

Amazing Hotel, with beautiful and sensitively renovated rooms that reveal the architectural details of this historic property. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast delivered to the room every morning from RedJane Project. I stayed in the Faros room which I highly recommend for its panoramic view of the harbor, lighthouse and ancient hammam.

Location was super convenient to the old port, but overall not too loud/busy. We could hear others in nearby rooms while we were in our room. Had a shared outdoor patio which I didn't realize, so we kept our blinds shut most of the time in case someone else came up the stairs to use the patio. The shower didn't have a shower curtain so we did find the bathroom got a little wet while showering...Not a lot of parking options. Had flip flops, beach bag and towels to use as needed which was nice and lots of toiletries.

They will be perfect The pre-arrival information, attention, welcome, and room settling in were all very warm and pleasant. The hotel's location is superb. It's a 30-second walk to the old town. Our room was a two-story Ontas room with a city view. The design and quality were undeniable. My only negative comment about the room was that the air conditioning wasn't sufficient for the upstairs bedroom, but it wasn't unbearable. Breakfast, while limited in variety, was quite adequate and of high quality. Now, let's move on to this hotel's single most significant shortcoming. We stayed for three nights. By the end of the first day, our room was cleaned, our towels changed, and our bed made. However, on the second day, unfortunately, only clean towels were provided, and none were included. The dirty towels in the room weren't removed, the trash wasn't emptied, and the glasses weren't replaced. The next morning, we were told, "We're sorry we couldn't update your room due to the high volume of people," but unfortunately, this was a mistake I, and I think everyone, would understand. This mistake and this apology are completely unbecoming of this hotel, which is truly perfect in every way. However, I urge you not to give up on this hotel because of this mistake. Just talk about it when you log in and explain that you don't want to experience something like that. They will definitely listen to you and won't make the same mistake.

Excellent staff. Natasa was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, cultural sites, and shopping. Great location for exploring Chania. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of locally sourced food. Stayed in the Kelari room. Unique room design, very quiet, and very comfortable.

No reception service after 4 PM. You have to watch the video sent by the hotel manager to find your key in the lock box on the street and enter your room like you rented an airbnb. Additionally, be careful if you stay in Kelari room because it smells heavily musty despite of the humidifier they put in the room. Due to my allergy I could not rest and sleep properly. I am very disappointed about choosing this hotel for my stay on Chania.

Very unique experience staying at aisha hotel. It’s very close to the harbor but tucked away in a quiet street so it doesn’t get very loud. The hotel has very unique properties just like the old town. We won’t hesitate to book again if we return to chania. Natasha, Maria and the rest of the staff were very helpful during our stay. We hope to be back soon!
