Tragedy. The room I was offered was completely different from the one on the website. The staff admitted that the room I was renting was infested with rats, which is why they moved me to another wing of the resort. The room stank so much that it was impossible to live there. I did not accept the reservation for which I had already paid. The resort did not agree to cancel the reservation. I was forced to pay for a hotel I did not live in. I warn you against using the services of this resort.
