The facilities are a bit old, with dirty carpets and cracked tables. There's a musty smell in the room. However, the private hot spring in the courtyard is excellent, and the overall environment is superb, peaceful, and quiet. The breakfast is rich, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. It's a great place for a family vacation.

Great location; our suite had its own hot spring water pool but the public hot springs were also available. Very private but not far from downtown. Would definitely go again!

The villa was spacious, but very old and dirty with strong humidity and mould smell. Stained carpets, lot of dust everywhere. Needs deeper cleaning and the floors need renovation. No room service during our stay ( no water& toilleteries refill). The hot tub was filled after we arrived and there was no water change during the stay, so the water got cold and very dirty from falling leaves- we needed to make the water change by ourselfs. The swimming pool in the hotel was opened only in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet ok, but very little cheese, no ham/bacon, poor variery of bread. Not worth the money!!!

I had a chance to stay in one of the private villas. It was very relaxing, quiet, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and service was responsive. We brought our dog and the hotel is very pet friendly, providing a bed and food bowls. I really enjoyed the private hot spring and would recommend it to anyone.
