Chaozhou Nanyi Hotel

My family and I took a short trip to Chaozhou, and this hotel perfectly met all our needs. The location is truly unbeatable, just a short walk to Paifang Street, making it super convenient to grab Chaoshan breakfast in the morning and enjoy the Guangji Bridge light show at night. The room gets great natural light and was spotlessly clean throughout. The bedding had no strange smells, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, keeping everything tidy. The service was heartwarming from start to finish. The front desk staff proactively provided tips on parking in the ancient city and suggested sightseeing routes. The security guard even offered a hand with our luggage without us asking, showing genuine helpfulness rather than indifference. Coming back to the hotel after a tiring day of sightseeing, we felt so well taken care of. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chaozhou.

The location is super convenient, really close to Paifang Street, and it's easy to hail a taxi right in front of the hotel. But the best part, by far, was the unbeatable service! They even helped us cut fruit, offered complimentary sweet soup in the afternoon, and had laundry service. Absolutely worth it!

The guy at the front desk was really rude! The room's soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything from the other rooms, like people using water and talking. Plus, there's this constant loud noise, I think it's from the AC unit or something. The parking lot is a nightmare – so many pillars packed close together. If you're not a great driver, you'll definitely hit something.

The room was super spacious and very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I opened the door. There's a night market right next door and the ancient city is conveniently located across the street. It was so good that even after moving to a 5-star hotel in Shantou, it felt like a downgrade – it just wasn't as good as this one! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, with a high level of smart features, including electric curtains, an 'Xiao Du' smart speaker, and a smart toilet. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to go out and eat.

Traveling to Chaoshan with friends, we chose this hotel near Chaozhou Ancient City. The location is quite convenient, as both Guangji Bridge and the ancient city are within walking distance. There are also many local specialty eateries nearby. The bedding and hygiene were acceptable, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, and the duvet felt a little damp. I recommend bringing your own disposable slippers as there are shared slippers in the room's bathroom.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Paifang Street and the ancient city wall. You can easily walk along the river to Guangji Bridge. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. What's even better is that the hotel has an underground parking garage, which I highly recommend for anyone driving.
