Yinghe Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City)

The room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was super soft and comfy. The environment was clean and tidy. The curtains were smart, and all the lights in the room could be controlled by voice. Overall, it was a great hotel experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Chaoshan.

The hotel's location is good, close to the Archway and the bridge. However, the road was not easy to navigate due to ongoing road construction and an overpass nearby. The room was great, with a separate wet and dry area. I arrived at noon, and the front desk checked me in since there was an available room. I was on the 7th floor, and the view was spacious. The lobby has a lounge area with a bean-to-cup coffee machine, tangerine peel tea, and a robot that delivers food to your door.

1. The cleanliness of both rooms was terrible: there were hairs, contact lenses, and dust, which was very disappointing. 2. The bedding was dirty, and even after requesting a change, the replacement still had issues and was unclean. 3. The environment was mediocre due to ongoing construction at the intersection, which I estimate won't be resolved for at least three years. 4. When the cleaning staff re-cleaned the room, they claimed they weren't on duty earlier and therefore didn't know about the issues, attributing it to hotel management policy. 5. The front desk offered a 5-10% discount as an apology for the environment. I suggested a 50% discount, knowing it was a steep negotiation, but they immediately replied there was nothing they could do, ending the conversation with no further communication. 6. The bathroom door was also broken and made a terrible noise.

The environment is good, though the bathroom is a bit small. The transportation is very convenient, and the service was nice. The noodles at breakfast were fantastic and had plenty of ingredients!

The room was quite satisfactory, with a great view from the large window. The facilities are relatively new and it has central air conditioning. The TV signal is excellent and the channels are very clear. The hotel lobby is spacious and offers free tea, where you can sit and relax. However, there are a couple of drawbacks: 1. The shower temperature control is a rotary knob, which makes it hard to adjust, and the water pressure from the showerhead is insufficient. 2. The toilet seat is very loose and keeps sliding around. I recommend the hotel addresses these issues!

The hotel's location is convenient, close to attractions. It has its own parking lot with security guards to assist. We booked a family suite with two bedrooms and a living room, which was perfect for a family stay. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, we were quite satisfied!

The room was really comfortable, and my child said they slept great. The service was also very warm and thoughtful; we had a wonderful experience. They even gave us a surprise gift when we left, which we loved!

Ambiance: Newly renovated, elegant and beautiful. Facilities: Well-equipped and comprehensive. Service: Attentive and thoughtful, the food recommendations were all delicious. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, there was a faint smell of disinfectant upon entering. They are very responsible towards their guests.

The hotel facilities are complete and clean. It not only has a parking lot but also charging stations, making it the top choice for new energy vehicle travelers. Plus, the hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious. And there are so many restaurants nearby, you'll be spoiled for choice!
