The house is beautiful. Hygiene: Very clean. Disposable towels: All bath towels are disposable. Service: The service attitude is very good.

The room was incredibly clean, and the owner was really nice. They even provided disposable towels, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I absolutely have to! Reason 1: The location isn't easy to find, and parking spaces need to be reserved in advance. Even then, the reserved spot is over 500 meters away on foot. I'd accept all of that, but what I can't accept is paying over 600 RMB a night for such a small room that also wasn't very clean! Reason 2: The air conditioner started leaking after it was turned on, dripping continuously all night long. After it started leaking, I immediately contacted hotel staff. When they came, all they said was something simple like, "Let me help clean up the floor." It was almost midnight, and my child was already asleep, so cleaning wasn't an option. By the next morning, the room was flooded (you can see the photo I uploaded). At check-out, no one even bothered to ask if the dripping stopped or how I slept, which really speaks to their service... Because of that puddle, my child didn't notice it when they woke up this morning and slipped and fell. I think it's pretty generous of me not to pursue this further!!!!

The rooms are newly renovated and well-equipped. There's free parking available, including charging spots for electric vehicles. The hotel is very close to the old town, and there are many great restaurants nearby.

The location was also excellent; it only took a few minutes by electric scooter to get to Paifang Street. The owner was super nice and recommended a lot of local food to me.

The location is pretty good, especially since Chaozhou isn't a large city. However, the cleanliness of the guesthouse room seriously needs improvement. My child got quite a fright when they found a gecko in the bathroom. To be honest, the service was acceptable, but the hygiene really needs to be stepped up – there was hair and dust visible everywhere.

The room was an even greater delight. The views from the window are exceptional; pulling back the curtains reveals either lush greenery or a vibrant city skyline. The interior furnishings are exquisite, with impeccable attention to detail – from the clean, pristine carpets and high-quality, textured furniture, to the luxurious feel of the bedding, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. Furthermore, the public areas are meticulously maintained. The thick carpeting in the hallways absorbs all sound, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the impression is one of cleanliness, comfort, and undeniable taste. Staying here was truly a delightful experience!

The hotel is located in the old town. They put us on the top floor, and there was a power outage in the middle of the night, which left my kids and me sweltering. Additionally, the parking was quite a walk away. Overall, the experience was just mediocre, and I wasn't particularly satisfied.

The room was modern and spotless. The owner's hospitality was truly outstanding! Plus, renting an e-scooter right downstairs makes getting around incredibly convenient.

Our host was a gentle and lovely young lady. The room was spotless, tidy, and felt very cozy. The location is superb – incredibly convenient with specialty food shops just steps away, offering local delicacies like raw marinated seafood, sashimi, and beef. On top of that, the host provided a super detailed guide to the area. Definitely worth a visit!

The room was absolutely lovely – very clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the lighting. The tea room offered a wonderfully relaxing spot to enjoy tea. My kids were really happy, and the hostess was incredibly kind!

The service was great, and they gave excellent recommendations for authentic local food. It offers great value for money and its location is fantastic – very close to Chaozhou Ancient City, which makes catching the Guangji Bridge light show incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of food options and a market right nearby.

The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the commercial district with easy access to public transport.

Excellent! The owner even offered a complimentary room upgrade. All the toiletries and towels were disposable, which made everything feel very clean and hygienic. I personally really liked the tatami-style bed.
