Vienna Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square)

This hotel is really great! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated. Ms. No. 9 provided excellent and attentive service, always going above and beyond to help. The location is also fantastic, making it super convenient to get to the Old Town. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, not far from the old city with plenty of food options nearby. Ms. No. 12 at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful during check-in. I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel room was very clean, and it's super close to the ancient city. There are tons of great food options near the ancient city too. Front desk staff member #12 checked me in really quickly. I had a very comfortable stay!

The lady at the front desk, receptionist number 10, had excellent service and a lovely smile. The attractions and food she recommended were great. They even gave me a complimentary breakfast and upgraded my room. The room itself was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable.

I always choose Vienna brand hotels when I travel; I trust the cleanliness and environment of chain hotels. The hotel's facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Front desk staff member #11 was particularly warm and attentive, making for a great stay! There are also so many good restaurants nearby. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel boasts a prime downtown location, directly opposite the Jieyang Municipal Government and Jieyang Daily. A mere 3-kilometer walk to the right from the hotel entrance leads you to the famous Paifang Street and Guangji Bridge. Perhaps due to the Chinese New Year period, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Personally, I found the price of over 600 RMB per night to be quite steep. Even during the Spring Festival holiday, you could easily find a 5-star hotel for the same price in other cities!

The hotel is located near People's Square. It's not super close to the Ancient City, but not too far either. You can rent electric scooters right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are good, and the service was excellent. I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable experience.

The room was just okay, and breakfast was pretty standard, definitely not worth booking extra. The ladies at the front desk were really nice, though. They gave us some good info about the 'Ying Laoye' New Year festival in the village, which had a great festive atmosphere! The only downside was that it was incredibly crowded, the lines for attractions were super long, and we couldn't get a taxi or even a bus!
