The lobby is very grand, and the location is convenient. Free parking is a big plus, and the service is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, and very quiet.

Chaozhou Waiheli Hotel is a new hotel opening in 2025. The facilities are decent. Upon check-in, they provided a fruit plate. Below the hotel is a hotpot restaurant, and the parking lot is nearby, though it was a bit hard to find, I had to circle twice.

Facilities: The bathroom facilities were exceptionally clean and modern. The smart toilet and the perfect shower water temperature truly made it the most comfortable hotel bathroom I've ever experienced. Cleanliness: The first room I checked into had a peculiar smell, but the hotel promptly moved me to a fresh and clean room. I did suggest they consider using an air freshener during their cleaning process. Environment: The lobby had a very stylish and well-designed ambiance, and the rooms were impressively spacious. Service: The complimentary fruit was very fresh. They also kindly offered a chilling service for my own beverages. There was a complimentary breakfast too, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it. I'll definitely make sure to try it on my next stay!

I booked this place based on its 'zero negative reviews' reputation, and it truly exceeded my expectations – what a delightful surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and patient. They even delivered fresh fruit to my room daily. And talk about exceptional service – they brought sanitary pads to my room when I unexpectedly got my period past 1 AM! The room itself felt much more premium and substantial than what the pictures conveyed. My only minor quibble is that the tea tray and cups were quite miniature, almost like a child's play set.

The surrounding area is clean, with no ongoing construction. **Service:** A perfect 5 out of 5 stars!

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Chaoshan. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by beautiful and friendly staff. Their service attitude was exceptional; they'd greet us enthusiastically every time we came and went. Right after we got to our room, the front desk staff arranged for a robot to deliver some delicious chilled fruit. My child loved it so much that we asked the front desk for another portion. The front desk staff, both male and female, were incredibly thoughtful and attentive; anything we requested was delivered right away. I had initially thought that a new hotel might have that typical 'new' smell, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it immaculately clean and completely odorless. The smart toilet was a fantastic feature! 👍 They also provided a delicious complimentary breakfast, and my child absolutely loved the beef offal kway teow – it was truly delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Chaoshan. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, I honestly didn't want to leave! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. A solid five-star recommendation!

It's right next to a Marriott that's currently undergoing renovations, but honestly, next time I probably still won't choose Marriott; I'll definitely stick with this one! Superb value for money! It's hands down the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in within this price range. The fresh air system is fantastic, and there were absolutely no unpleasant odors. 4. **Service:** Top-notch! I called ahead to ask about check-in and parking, and the staff proactively asked for my estimated arrival time. To my surprise, they even pre-checked me in! When I arrived, after a super-quick ID verification, I had my room key in hand within three seconds. What an incredible experience! It's rare for a hotel to be so accommodating for an individual guest. 5. **Management:** The owner's management is truly exceptional, and they are incredibly proactive and helpful! For instance, when I asked for recommendations for local food and attractions, they immediately provided a detailed list, including restaurant names, locations, and contact information. I tried two of their suggestions – a beef restaurant and a place for Teochew-style cured seafood – and noticed both were packed with locals! Unlike many hotels, especially those in touristy areas like Chongqing, that often recommend places offering kickbacks, this hotel genuinely pointed me to authentic local favorites. That truly won my heart, and I can confirm, there were no tourist traps!
