Chaozhou Ancient City Archway Street Orange Crystal Hotel

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and odor-free, with comfortable bedding that was gentle on the skin. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The staff were friendly and patient, and the location offered convenient access to transportation. The entire experience was pleasant and reassuring, I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The cleanliness was excellent, with automatic curtains and a self-flushing toilet. There are public electric scooters right outside the hotel, making it a convenient 15-minute ride to the ancient city and Guangji Bridge. The deluxe room (404) was a bit pricey for a room with such a small window. The design of the bathroom and shower room doors was problematic; once a floor mat was placed, the doors couldn't open or close properly.

The cleanliness is meticulous and thorough, and the service is attentive and responsive to every need. Dining options nearby are convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money. My stay was comfortable and worry-free; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chaozhou.

I have to give the service full marks! They called me before check-in to ask about my arrival time and needs. When I checked in, the front desk saw I had a big suitcase and proactively helped me take it to my room. Later that evening, I wanted to borrow nail clippers, and the robot delivered them quickly. As I was leaving, they even gave me some snacks for the road. This kind of thoughtful service, making guests feel truly cared for, is something all hotels should learn from!

The soundproofing in the room was better than I expected – I didn't hear any noise from the hallway at night. However, on our first night in Chaozhou, the guests in the next room were incredibly loud, shouting and making noise until 3 AM, which was very frustrating. We reported the issue to the front desk the next day, and they took it seriously, arranging for us to move to a quieter room nearby.
