The hotel's location is excellent. Nestled in a courtyard, it's a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle, truly delightful. It's just a short walk to Paifang Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can also rent an electric scooter to explore the streets and alleys, which is even more convenient for taking in the sights. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! Plus, the hotel owner is very hospitable. They gave us free fridge magnets and even a tourist map and guide. It was a truly wonderful stay!

The guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance of Paifang Street. Renting an electric scooter nearby makes exploring the alleys and sightseeing even easier. The guesthouse environment is lovely, with flowers, trees, and birds. The housekeeper, a young man, was very helpful with luggage and diligently made tea. Staying here felt like coming home and was so relaxing. I rarely write such long reviews, but the service truly deserves high praise.

Very close to West Lake, and just around the corner from Paifang Street. It's located within a courtyard, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area, which is very pleasant. All the rooms are on the second floor, and a staff member helped with our luggage, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and newly renovated, and we even received a complimentary fridge magnet upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we mentioned a slight odor in our room, they proactively moved us to another. It's newly renovated, so the facilities are decent, though the bathroom is a bit small. It would be great if there were two chairs in the room; otherwise, when three of us want to have a late-night snack, there's no place to sit.

The hotel's hygiene was decent. It's located right in the old town, just a few minutes' walk to Paifang Street if you turn left out the door. If you turn right, it's about a 10-minute walk to the local market. Both directions are convenient. The only downside is that because of its old town location, the alleys are quite narrow, so drivers need to be careful. Also, we wanted to rent a scooter but found it inconvenient; it was hard to find shared scooters that you can unlock with a QR code, only those from fixed rental shops. On the positive side, the owner was really nice. They helped every guest with their luggage upon arrival, and seeing that we had two kids, they even gave each child a fridge magnet. The kids were thrilled.

Fantastic location for Paifang Street! It's quiet despite being in the bustling area. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. You step right out to amazing food. Definitely the top choice for exploring the ancient city, and incredible value for money!

The owner is incredibly nice, truly superb. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and will bring my whole family when we visit. Many, many thanks for their excellent service!
