Atour Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square)

The front desk processed check-in very quickly. The room and linens were clean. They even offered tea during check-in, which was a nice touch. The service attitude was also exceptionally enthusiastic. The shower water pressure in the room was also very satisfactory!

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The warm service and the fresh, delicious breakfast were truly unforgettable.

Our family of four originally booked a Jumu King Room, but the lovely young lady at the front desk kindly upgraded us to an Executive Audio-Visual Room for free, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was larger and had an outdoor play area for kids, making it perfect for families. Our children had plenty of space to play. Since we have a baby, we also called the front desk to request a bed rail, which helped us feel much more at ease during the night. Additionally, because our flight was late at night, we specifically requested a late check-out from the front desk, and they were very accommodating. We ordered a lot of takeout, and our friends, who were staying in another room, also had their takeout delivered to our room. The front desk staff specifically confirmed the name on our room before delivering it to us, ensuring it wouldn't be sent to the wrong room or disturb strangers. Overall, we are very satisfied with Atour. The service was excellent, and our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely choose Atour again in the future!

The room was very clean, and the auntie's service was thoughtful. They even offered a bowl of millet porridge late at night, which was a lovely and warm touch. The bedding was also very comfortable, a definite step up from generic brands. I'll definitely stay here again.

Came here with my child for the summer vacation. The hotel staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a 1.5-meter wide bed, so my child had plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The room was clean. Every stay at Atour is always great, thumbs up! 👍

Traveling with kids for a holiday, a chain hotel is always our top choice. We've always been quite happy with Atour, so we chose it again for our trip to Chaozhou. This particular Atour at People's Square is really close to the ancient city, making it convenient to call a taxi, and it also offers a peaceful environment. The front desk staff, Xiao Dong, left a deep impression on us with her thoughtful service. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The room was excellent, and the environment was really nice. I brought my family to Chaozhou for a trip and we had a fantastic experience. We'll definitely stay here again with my family next time.
