Urba Hotel (Chaozhou People's Square Ancient City)

The room's decor was simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff, a young lady, provided excellent and enthusiastic service – a big thumbs up! I'll definitely be back. Slept really well.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and parking is convenient, offering great value for money. Moreover, the front desk lady was friendly and responsive. The stay was quiet and comfortable, and getting around was easy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chaozhou.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with hand sanitizer, bath mats, a Kung Fu tea set, a projector, conditioner, shower gel, and shampoo. On the first floor, the lobby has two dryers and two washing machines, as well as 'Duck **** Fragrance' tea. Hygiene: Upon check-in, I found cigarette ash in the corner of the curtain. I contacted the hotel, and they immediately changed my room. The new room was clean and spotless, without a speck of dust. Environment: The hotel is located near the Chaozhou Municipal Government, just a one-minute walk from the bus stop to Chaozhou Ancient City and Chaoshan Station. Service: The hotel service was excellent. They even gave me a small string of prayer beads. The hotel's teddy bear dog is very cute; it actively greets you when you enter. The hotel is very pet-friendly.

Five-star review! The Chaozhou Bonar International Apartment is in a great central location. The room was clean and new, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was attentive, especially the front desk lady who was absolutely wonderful. It's super convenient for visiting Paifang Street and Guangji Bridge. The value for money is incredible, highly recommend staying here!

The location is convenient, and the front desk staff was attentive and enthusiastic. As soon as you enter, a small poodle greets you warmly. When I played with him, he seemed to want to talk and barked excitedly at me. It's a very unique hotel, clearly pet-friendly. The facilities are also up to par, definitely a good choice.

The hotel's downtown location is great, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The freshly ground coffee in the lobby was delicious, so good that I decided to extend my stay.

I hope the hotel can improve in these areas: 1. The room had a strong musty smell, and the walls were moldy. This health hazard for guests needs to be taken seriously. 2. The bathroom drain was clogged; every time I showered, water would back up, and cigarette butts and hair even emerged from the drain, which was visually quite disgusting. 3. The hotel description should accurately inform guests that the hotel only has four or five parking spaces, which cannot meet the needs of most guests. The designated parking lot is over 400 meters away from the hotel, which is not very friendly for self-driving tourists. Lastly, the hotel staff's service attitude was quite good.
