O atendimento foi ótimo, o café da manhã estava bom e a televisão tinha muitos canais e com excelente imagem. Recomendo uma atenção em relação ao chuveiro, o qual está posicionado de uma forma que torna o banho totalmente desconfortável.

Muito cuidado ao realizar hospedagem nesse hotel. Fomos pegos de surpresa ao cobrarem 1/2 diária no sistema , mesmo após ter sido dito e comprovado que a hospedagem toda já estava paga! Cobraram a mais, e não quiseram retirar. Então, fiquem atentos.

Na data anterior ao meu check out, perguntei se estava tudo pago com relação a minha estadia. Eles disseram que sim. Até o dia 18/09. Hoje pela manhã confirmei e estava tudo ok. Agora quando fui fazer meu check out ( antecipado) pois meu voo adiantou, me cobraram meia diária a mais. Fiquem atentos!!!!

Hotel bom, cafe da manha bom, atendimento bom, mas quartos muito pequenos, cama padrao 1,38, muito caro pelo que oferece, ja fiquei em quartos bem melhores espaçosos em cama king e paguei bem mais barato, recomendo se nao tiver outras opcoes em Chapecó
