Be aware, that on Sunday there is a bar across the street which plays absurdly loud music until 2 am. And the hotel doesn't seem to be bothered by this. So if you like to sleep earlier than 2 am, don't stay here.

A good hotel, clean with good breakfast.

The hotel is 4, the cafe is 5, but the parking is 2. The hotel is good, but it's really a shame to arrive from a trip tired and have to take the stairs with your suitcases because the elevator doesn't go to the garage…. ☹️ Although there is an elevator that goes down to the basement, it is disabled and access to the garage is via stairs. ZERO accessibility!!!

New and well located hotel, the staff are polite and helpful. Very good breakfast. Two observations: There was only one bath towel, as I was with my wife, I had to request one from reception (regardless of there being more people, I believe that two towels should have been available). We didn't like the pillow, it was very thin and there were only two of them (you have to fold it to make it more comfortable)

Clean, well-maintained hotel (looks new), very diverse breakfast, lots of fruits. All environments are pleasant and clean. Very polite and friendly employees. The only problem is the neighborhood, which are very busy bars and on a Tuesday there was live music, football the next day, etc.

I already knew the other hotels in the Mogano chain in Chapecó, No Business was the first time... And it was a positive surprise. The reception was very friendly, especially taking care to ask guests if they prefer a room at the back or at the front (avenue) for because of the noise from the bars at night. We chose a luxury suite and the room is great, it even smells like new furniture... I believe it is recently renovated, as well as having a great bed and pillows. The breakfast was very complete, but I suggest adding some sweet options, as there were only 2 pieces of cake. Closed garage, good service, comfortable room and well located. We love it!

Well located hotel, excellent breakfast and very good professional service. My complaint is in relation to the "gym" space, outdated equipment, without maintenance and without care (dangerous). In my opinion, it shouldn't even be mentioned as available.

Hotel with good structure, good breakfast, with variety. Reception at check in, the lack of training and education of the attendant is clearly noticeable. The reserved room was not available, so I had to lower the category so that I could stay. Hotel with corridors and rooms with (old) carpet with a strong smell and signs of wear.

Good hotel, good service. Everything very reasonable, nothing excellent, but nothing bad either. Large rooms, ok bathrooms, good room structure and furniture quality, perfect location! A little noise at night due to the location.

It was good. The room is good and well divided. Small bathroom. Very clean, but with a very strong cleaning product scent

Positive points were the cleanliness and location. Disappointing was the external noise... the reservation said "soundproof room", but the reality was the opposite. The windows were simple and you could hear all the noise from the surrounding bars until the early hours of the morning. Bad experience.
