THE SPACE
Walk everywhere from this charming historic midtown home that is in Cannonborough, one of downtown’s hottest neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, shopping and 3 college campuses all within walking distance. And just a short drive to the pristine beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms!
This first-floor apartment is roughly 1400 square feet and is large enough for 4 people to easily enjoy but quite cozy if there’s only 2 of you!
The tree-lined street is quiet (which means you’ll have a great night’s sleep), but 4 blocks from King Street, where you’ll find the buzz of cafes, restaurants, galleries, shopping and vibrant night-life.
Unlike many downtown properties, this property comes with 2 off-street parking spaces. You’ll never have to stress about finding or paying for a place to park.
The kitchen is fully equipped for when your wallet needs a break from sampling all of Charleston’s world-class restaurants and bars. If you don’t want to brew up the Charleston roasted coffee that is provided for you, just meander across the street to 132 Spring Cafe (or other coffee shops) to enjoy local coffees and baked goods.
The large dining area is open to the living room and kitchen, perfect for family game nights or lingering after your home-cooked meals. We hope you enjoy the original artwork throughout the home, it is decorated with the owner's work and beautiful antique furnishings.
The two bedrooms are located towards the back for the unit with one king bed and one queen bed. The king room features an ensuite bathroom that also opens to the kitchen and also features a washer/dryer. There is also a full bath in the hall for the queen bedroom to use as well.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull 1-2 cars off the street and into a driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.
This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.
*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.
*Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. *
*The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass.
*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
