Excelente location and amenities. Hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Very impressed and would definitely come back.

We had a little trouble with our roo, the staff and Kadijah (apologizes if spelled wrong) were wonderful. They moved us to another room without hesitation and were regularly checking in with us to make sure everything was good. The hotel is very clean and in a really good location. There is a ton of construction going around in the area which got noisy at 6 am. The parking tower while convenient is very pricey in my opinion.

The new renovations were really lovely. The room was huge and everyone that worked there was very kind. We enjoyed our stay

The hotel made an error on the price and it was listed (booked and confirmed) as $50/night with breakfast. On check in hotel admitted mistake. Best they could do was $135 a night and 50% off one breakfast for our family. No offer to cover parking. Did not come freshen room during our stay. Supposed to get points but three days later and I haven’t seen them.

Great stay and trip

There were no USB ports in the room. The location was too far north and not in the historic area

We checked out after being there an hour. Room conditions are not good. However I will say the front desk manger was accommodating and kind. They understood they quality is not where it should right now and to come back after renovations are done. I don’t recommend at this time. I’m quite frankly surprised at all the 10/10 reviews…. I felt duped

The staff was amazing, very accommodating, and was upfront about the construction. The only complaint I had was that the mini-fridge did not work. I also did not ask for them to fix it, so that's on me.
